Good
Well-designed site, speed of service
You have a wonderful, professional, and pleasant team. I was able to get RAPIDLY and EXACTLY what I needed thanks to your team. A perfect carrier... I am very satisfied with your product and after-sales service. I never miss an opportunity to promote you around me (personal and professional) Thank you for this exceptional service.
Very satisfied with the purchased product. Very good organization for delivery (SMS system for choosing the day and time slot) Call from the carrier before delivery.
Delivery the day after the order, call to verify the trampoline parameters and confirm the ordered model.
Perfect excellent I had an issue with the 2 bars of my oval trampoline I called customer service who sent me 2 right away. I am really happy to have chosen this site for my purchase.
Excellent service, easy purchase and accessory delivered on time.
Very fast delivery. Product conforms to the description
At France Trampoline, nothing to say, welcoming and professional team. Unfortunately, it is not the same for the delivery company.

super!
Very good
The trampoline was delivered super quickly. The product is of high quality and perfectly meets our expectations. The assembly instructions were clear and also specify the disassembly for winter.
Impeccable delivery and within the scheduled times.
Very good for the order.... by phone as we needed information, with fast delivery and no problems.
very good no issues.
Perfect: Quality Easy to assemble!
24 hours after the order, delivery! So satisfied The material is good!
Available salespeople. Quality material. Very good
Responsiveness to the order, order tracking and precise delivery. Deadline more than respected, very good.
Trampoline conforms to the description and seems to be of very good quality. Quick appointment scheduling but very disappointed by the lack of professionalism of the delivery company. Despite a half-day imposed time slot, delivery was 2 hours and 30 minutes late on the most pessimistic schedule! No proactivity to inform the customer of the delay. They told me delivery in 20 minutes then in an hour during my calls, only to end up with 2 hours and 30 minutes of delay. One piece of advice: take your whole day to wait for this delivery! Last detail: no apology of course from the delivery company which clearly considers that the customer must be at their disposal.
Very clear and precise site. Phone follow-up by an advisor to verify if the ordered parts correspond to our needs. Very fast shipping. Products conform to my expectations.
I recommend with my eyes closed!! Quality, follow-up, speed! Everything was great from the order to the use!! Excellent quality products! I do not regret it at all! Good continuation!! Best regards ***
Needs improvement: the link between the carrier and the customer to define a delivery appointment day. Indeed, the carrier does not contact the customer to set a delivery appointment, they only send a text imposing a day that suits them.
Fast delivery
EXCELLENT
The first shipment was not complete, but after a phone call, the error was corrected without questioning my word.
Impeccable delivery. The driver brought the package in front of my garage and checked the conformity of my order.
Canvas purchased to replace an old trampoline of unknown brand. Customer service that advised me well for this replacement after the measurements were taken.
Overall, the product is great, the kids are having a lot of fun. However, I wanted to get in touch: I only have the plastic attachment parts of the net that I found broken.
Very good product!!! I do not regret it at all!! I highly recommend it
satisfied
Excellent product. The old one lasted over 10 years without any summer/winter protection and has bounced dozens of kids of all ages and weights...
A delivery person, on the other hand, was as unpleasant as possible... I've never seen anything like it!!!
Hello, We are delighted to see that your trampoline seems to bring you full satisfaction, as you have given 4 stars to your order. However, we note your comment about the delivery person and we will forward this information to the company Kuehne + Nagel, which is in charge of the delivery. We remain at your disposal for any further information, The France Trampoline Team
NO COMPLAINTS, I am very satisfied many sites should take example
Nothing to say, impeccable item arrived on time
Very good small trampoline, of great quality, easy to assemble and delivered quickly!
EXCELLENT
Material delivered by a serious carrier who placed the large package right into the garage very professionally, assembled very quickly and easily, very good quality equipment, our children love it, so far nothing negative to report. To see over time....
Perfect. Careful package. Fast shipping.
Very pleased with this purchase
The product seems to be of good quality. However, the adjustment straps were missing: I had to reuse the ones you delivered to me 5 years ago. The ladder is difficult to assemble, one of the rungs does not want to adjust despite several attempts. The advice and order tracking were serious.
The trampoline meets our expectations and is of very good quality
We were looking to replace the mat of our trampoline purchased from a competing brand. We are very happy with the contact we had (internet then phone) and the product. In summary: Very good customer relationship with speed in execution and very informed advice. Receipt of the package without problems in the shortest time. The product seems to be of very good quality.
Very satisfied, an ultra-fast service and good advice on the phone. Thank you for your expertise
