Product conforms to the order. Delivery as planned and very nice and helpful delivery person. Very good.
Very good material and easy to assemble, super happy.
Excellent contact, very professional, really attentive, very good advice, impeccable order tracking.. We are very satisfied. It is very rare to meet such professionals who call us to verify our order. Thank you for working so well.
Very good, nothing to say.
Very good service, showing a concern to best assess the service need.
The order did not arrive at the scheduled time but 4 hours later. Otherwise, the ordered spring is not the corresponding one, not very serious...... for the rest no worries.
Everything went perfectly! The longest part was placing the order on the website.
Trampoline of very high quality, everything is well packaged, the instructions are quite clear and once assembled, it is very sturdy and safe. It takes at least two people to assemble it, two men are better as it requires quite a bit of strength to stretch the fabric, but it's doable. The kids go on it every day! A purchase I do not regret at all.
I appreciate the commercial sense of this company, I am satisfied with their products.
Very good product corresponding to our expectations, the children are having a blast. Small downside for the assembly, the markers on the mat were not in the right place.
No issues.
Everything went well; order received as expected, trampoline easy to assemble and of excellent quality.
Nothing to say. Very good service.
Fast delivery. Phone call beforehand with a very precise time slot.
A very serious service. Very competent and very friendly people. We appreciated your professionalism. Thank you. Our trampoline is like new.
Clear website. Order tracking and ease of payment very appreciated. Fast and serious delivery. Quality material. Our girls are thrilled. ***
Very good product and meets my expectations. Very friendly and accommodating delivery person. Poor communication with the logistics service and the delivery person. And a phone messaging service is only for leaving a message.
Beautiful material, appreciated by young and old (wahoo 370).
Very good site. Quick response and delivery. Contact from the delivery person for choosing the day and time. To recommend.
Excellent information provided.
Impeccable delivery, good product. The only downside is that the plastic hooks of the safety net are too tight and some broke on the first use of the trampoline, but a simple call to the seller and he sent me 10 metal carabiners, more resistant. Since then, no issues.
It took several months for me to obtain the item I wanted to order ......
Hello Madam, we have taken your feedback on the delivery of the pink cushion 3m00 into account. Indeed, we had a 3-month stock shortage on this item. A professional chose to equip himself with several cushions of this reference and ordered all our stock at the time. It indeed took us several months for you to be delivered. We apologize for this inconvenience and hope it will not happen again. The France Trampoline team.
I first inquired by phone to get the exact references, then I placed my order online.
Nothing special to say as there was no problem.
Perfect product. Impeccable packaging.
Fast delivery, solid packaging, well-explained installation guide, quality trampoline. Small downside: maybe plan for an extra bolt or two, as the assembly is done outside, it's easy to lose one... Very satisfied with our purchase.
I hope it holds up as well as the first one????
The ordered jumping mat fits very well on our trampoline which is not of the same brand. 430 cm 88 springs: PERFECT
Order and deadline as promised. Site to recommend.
Fast delivery, easy assembly, quality trampoline, friendly staff.
More photos on the different types of trampolines to find a part to buy next to.
I have no comments to make, the phone reception was fine, the information was the same, delivery was no problem. ***.
Very good product and fast delivery, very nice delivery person.
Very happy with the overall service. The sales service was easy to reach and helpful. I was able to modify my order and add an item to avoid paying shipping costs twice. The delivery was fast and well packaged. And the quality of the material is excellent. Just a downside on the plastic attachments of the trampolines that are fragile and break almost immediately. The rest is impeccable. My daughters are thrilled.
Very good
No worries
Perfect services. Really serious staff.
Easy and relevant contact by phone. Exact and very fast delivery. I recommend this company.
All good
Very good service, good contact to confirm the order. Short delivery times.
Fast and efficient
Ordered the day before, a phone call the next morning to confirm the correct order with the right dimensions of the mat, emails and texts for the date and time of delivery!!! Pure happiness!!! I order very often online and this is the first time I have experienced a site and customer relationship as serious as France Trempoline!!! Thank you, thank you and thank you again!!!
Product arrived without hassle and quickly.
No problem
Excellent product, received in good condition and quickly.
Everything went very well, order as expected and delivery very well scheduled.
Excellent responsiveness! We were already delighted with our trampoline purchase, and our confidence was reinforced during the urgent order of the peripheral net (net torn by a friend of the children a week before a family gathering). Speed of dispatch. Bravo! We have had the trampoline for about 6 years and have brought it in every winter except for the one that just passed. Is this the reason for the fragility of the net, or the age, or the clumsiness of the children? In doubt, we will dismantle it for the next winter. We are satisfied with our acquisition.
Appointment rescheduled to the desired day and time slot by SMS without any problem.
Easy order to make according to the references of the trampoline. Tracking and delivery of the package impeccable. We only needed a fiberglass arc and the trampoline is like new!
Perfect, excellent service and great material. We highly recommend. Fast delivery and the delivery person was very professional. In short, happy with our purchase.
