Very satisfactory handling and delivery speed
good phone welcome when asking for information about the choice of trampoline, fast delivery, good quality of materials, just one remark: provide more ties for the cushion that protects the springs, thank you to France Trampoline which I recommend
Everything is perfect. Ultra-fast service and quality product. Nothing to complain about.
Delivery without problems, boxes of tubes very damaged.
Nothing to report
Good reception of the goods. Product of very high quality and robustness.
You mistakenly delivered a round trampoline cover while it is rectangular. Can you proceed with the replacement?
Hello, we will contact you today to address this issue. Indeed, it is not normal that you received a round cover when you had ordered a rectangular cover. Our preparation service will proceed with sending a rectangular cover today. We apologize again for this inconvenience. The France Trampoline team.
Perfect
Good explanation of the different elements and the order was in line with our search
Fast and scheduled delivery with the carrier. Very good quality trampoline
Product that perfectly meets expectations, easy to assemble. Delivery problems due to the local carrier.
VERY SATISFIED WITH THIS ORDER AND PARTICULARLY WITH THE EXCHANGE WITH THE OPERATOR IN CHARGE OF VERIFYING THE ORDER BEFORE LAUNCHING IT INTO PREPARATION. THIS VERIFICATION PHASE IS RARE WHEN SHOPPING ONLINE AND IS A REAL PLUS THANK YOU FOR THAT
Very fast delivery
I ordered 2 items; one available which was delivered to me within 48 hours and the other unavailable delivered 4 days later without me having to do anything and everything in perfect accordance with my order, really perfect service
Good delivery within the deadlines.
Good product in line with our expectations
Good product delivered quickly, no difficulties encountered.
Very good, nothing to complain about, delivery on time. Very well packaged material
Very good
I was pleasantly surprised and delighted with your services. As soon as my order choice was validated and my payment method by check was also confirmed, I received an email confirming the preparation of my order and the next day an email notifying me of the shipment of my mini trampoline. Your chosen carrier kept me informed about the progress of my package. I was offered 2 time slots to choose from for the delivery day and the time was more than respected. Package in good condition and very kind delivery person. Trampoline legs easy to assemble. So I am a very very satisfied customer with your services. My regards. ***
Good service
Super friendly, I received my order very quickly after being very well received during my phone call!
Very good. Nothing to complain about between the order and delivery.
Great quality trampoline easy to assemble.
Very good. Home delivery in just one week! Very good quality product!
Very good product except for the fixing kit.
Easy appointment scheduling, possibility to leave the package with a neighbor... a very good service.
No assembly guide with the package. The assembly guide I found is not very helpful, not precise at all! And finally a piece of advice: the brackets for fixing the net support tubes should be 3 mm longer.
Hello, We apologize for this malfunction. This is not normal and we have not received any other feedback from other customers with such an issue. We will send you the manual by email right now. We also invite you to watch our YouTube videos if it is still necessary and check your installation. Please know that we remain at your disposal if needed. The France Trampoline team.
Nothing to say. Trustworthy site.
No problem: package conforms to the order and delivery very well organized.
Material conforms to my expectations and fast delivery.
Excellent quality and fast delivery: only downside for the installation of the upper frame of the net is very hard.
Very nice trampoline of good quality that meets our expectations. No issues with assembly but it's better to watch the video before starting!
Excellent trampoline, assembly well explained, everything fits well which proves the good quality of the material. You need two people to stretch the fabric with a strong person to pull on the springs. Fast delivery with a call from the carrier to agree on the delivery day.
Excellent. Our agreements were scrupulously respected.
Very good trampoline, I recommend.
Product awaiting my requests, fast shipping and well packaged. Recommended site.
Fast delivery - a very good quality trampoline - I highly recommend this site which gave us complete satisfaction.
Fast and efficient! Bravo
Delivery was taken into account quickly and delivered within 5 days very well. Trampoline not yet assembled, I will see after assembly.
Everything is in accordance with what we wanted. Congratulations for the speed!
Very good product but especially an excellent telephone reception. Very attentive and very competent.
Excellent. Exactly the expected product delivered on time. Assembly ok. Quality product, serious.
The delivery went well. The product seems to be of quality. But disappointment during assembly: there is an error at the beginning of the assembly manual, so we had to redo the work we had done + difficulties with the assembly of the net.
Excellent product. Fast delivery. Good choice.
Very good handling and fast delivery, very good products.
Hello everyone, as I told one of the people I spoke to during the order, it is extremely pleasant to have a human contact on the phone with competent people who (you can hear) have a smile and a real desire to satisfy you and go above and beyond!!!! Moreover, their professionalism 'paid off' since I had left it to my 12-year-old son to count the springs and he had added.....the number was therefore incorrect and the salesperson alerted me by his astonishment and indeed......he was right! I think I will contact you again soon to order something else. Bravo, keep up the human side in this world where we hit our noses on empty screens, inappropriate sites, without reliable contacts. Best regards. ***
Excellent service.
So good
Very clear site. Description It.
