After studying trampolines on the French market, we chose the Jump from France Trampoline. The sales services are good and the delivery took place correctly. The trampoline has just been assembled. It meets our expectations. However, the assembly instructions could be much better. It is not necessarily the best solution to simply translate the original instructions into French. The assembly requires tools that should be specified in advance. Additionally, at least two people are needed to assemble it. Moreover, one of the two must necessarily have strength. It is not child's play. Offering assembly at a reasonable price would be a great plus in service.
Hello Sir, we thank you for your feedback and are pleased to see that the JUMP'UP trampoline meets your family’s needs. Regarding the assembly, we do indicate on the first page of the manual that two people are needed to assemble it. Indeed, there are many springs and a lot of tension is created with the springs, but this is necessary to have quality bounce, which you now have with one of our trampolines. We remain at your disposal if needed. The France Trampoline team.
Very good advice. Fast delivery and in accordance with the order. The trampoline is excellent.
Very good quality service, contact, order taking, delivery, and quality of received products, nothing to complain about.
The ordered model was temporarily out of stock. To avoid us waiting, France Trampoline offered us the model above at the same price.
Fast and efficient.
Fast and well-organized delivery, the trampoline is easy to assemble. Thank you!
Despite a supply problem, the sales service was very responsive and offered us an exchange with a larger size at the same price, we really appreciated it and are very satisfied with the trampoline.
Very happy with this purchase. Good advice, fast service. Excellent product booster 4.90, the quality is there.
Very good quality trampoline!
Satisfied with the product and the delivery follow-up.
THE ORDER DELIVERED ON TIME, EVERYONE IS LISTENING, SMALL QUALITY ISSUE ON 1 HOOK OF THE SAFETY NET (BROKEN) VERY GOOD PRODUCT, VERY HIGH QUALITY AT THE FRAME LEVEL, BUT A TEENAGER JUMPING A LITTLE HIGH CAN CATCH THE FIBERGLASS ARCH THAT HOLDS THE PROTECTION NET, AND THE METAL SLEEVES ARE NOT OF THE SAME QUALITY AS THE REST, VERY THIN, ONE SLEEVE BROKE FOR NOW I DON'T KNOW HOW TO REPAIR. OTHERWISE, THE TEAM IS VERY COMMERCIAL, I HAVE NOT YET CALLED TO EXPOSE MY PROBLEM.
Hello Sir, We thank you for your feedback and are pleased to see that the ordered trampoline meets your expectations. We will quickly contact you regarding the customer service elements and check the installation of your trampoline with a photograph. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Very good product, excellent quality-price ratio, package very well protected, the only downside is that one of the net's attachment on the post was missing, I had to make one, better follow-up during preparation...
Hello Sir, We have read your comment. One of our sales representatives will contact you today to send you an end piece. It is indeed not normal that you did not receive the expected number of end pieces. We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience and remain at your disposal if you have any questions. The France Trampoline team.
Very good delivery service.
Product conforms to the description. Speed of delivery and seriousness of customer service!! Nothing to complain about, I recommend!
The delivery was very fast at the lowest rate, less than 48 hours. The protective cover is remarkably designed. Just make sure to leave some space around the trampoline to set it up and remove the safety net before putting it in place. You will just need to attach it during the next use. Furthermore, some plastic hooks were broken during delivery. France trampoline sent me 5 metal carabiners to replace them, and this for free. Once again, the delivery was ultra-fast. I have nothing but good things to say about the product and this company; this is my second trampoline, and this brand is really above those that offer a trampoline for less than 200€. If you are looking for a quality product made to last, do not hesitate.
quality material
very serious site, efficiency and speed, excellent product quality ++++++
Everything is perfect.
Hello, nothing to say except for the unavailability of the product at the time of the order. Best regards.
Perfect
very happy with your service
SPEED OF DELIVERY? QUALITY AND ROBUST MATERIAL? ON THE OTHER HAND, for the trampoline bounce level, I recommend the 360 more than the 4.60 good trampoline otherwise
Excellent transaction
Very good product prepared and shipped very quickly. Only a delivery problem tarnished this beautiful purchase (subcontractor). I still recommend France trampoline for its quality products and the kindness of the advisors on the phone.
Fast shipping and carefully packaged
very good service
quality product, easy to assemble; no delivery problems
Order conforming to the request, delivered on time.
Very good quality material, just missing assembly videos (trampoline roof...)
Excellent services. Delivery, trampoline, speed, quality, nothing to complain about.
excellent review motivated by certain professionalism, namely telephone contact by the order preparation service to point out an error on my part and it avoided me inconveniences

Trampoline 180; I received it quickly, the plastic around the box was torn but no problem with the contents. Easy to assemble and very well explained. We are really satisfied with this model that fits perfectly in our small garden. Our grandchildren are delighted and so are we ;) we recommend this product.
very good quality price and very efficient and friendly commercial-secretary
Very happy with the order.
Deadline respected, top quality of the material, impeccable chosen carrier, ultra-efficient and responsive after-sales service! I recommend France Trampoline for your trampoline purchase! Absolutely!
I am satisfied with the service and the product overall, however upon unpacking several black plastic 'attachments' were broken, which is a shame for a new product. Regards ***
Hello Sir, We have taken your feedback into account and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. We are contacting you immediately to resolve your case and will send new hooks quickly. We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Quality trampoline. Delivery within the indicated timeframe. Very good.
Very good product.
JUST A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED BECAUSE I THOUGHT THE LADDER WOULD BE INCLUDED WITH THE TRAMPOLINE FOR THE PRICE.
Nothing to report. Everything went perfectly. Perfect.
Perfect, the help from the site for assembly was a great help.
The product meets my expectations. France trampoline is reliable from A to Z! Ps: The width of the ladder steps is a bit narrow in depth which is not very comfortable after a jumping session... ***
Delivery time respected, very good quality material, delighted with this purchase, we recommend.
