beautiful quality and seems very solid.
Good quality, difficult assembly.
Very nice and responsive, thank you
perfect, punctual delivery
PERFECT SERVICE. NOTHING TO SAY.
Still satisfied with this purchase. Speed and quality. Thank you
Very good commercial service with professional and available telephone advice. Good product quality, which has its price. Very poor home delivery service (not precise and reliable in the delivery slots).
Hello Sir, we apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delivery person. Normally, he respects the time slot validated by you via their website (to be done the day before delivery before 11 PM). The delivery person in charge of your package must have experienced a delay on one of his deliveries before yours, which delayed your reception. We renew our apologies for this issue and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
When you talk about the service provider, I think it refers to the delivery person. Excellent, call before arrival and delivery at the requested location, nothing to say. If the service provider is the manufacturer: I assembled the trampoline myself and was able to assess the quality of the materials. It took me a little day, it was very hot. After that, my daughter was able to test the bounce, it's great. She does it in a club with professional trampolines.
Good contact, responsive service, and attentive. Perfect delivery service.
This new net is of better quality, finer mesh, secured access. However, the perimeter of the carbon fiber arc is not large enough (missing 10 cm) to fit everything correctly. There are 10 cm left where the elastic is visible and unprotected. Overall, we are happy.
Hello, we apologize for this inconvenience. An advisor will contact you to validate certain installation points with you. If necessary, he will send you an extension for the fiberglass arc. We remain at your disposal if you have any other comments. The France Trampoline team.
Nothing to report.
Excellent service: I had a deadline for my son's birthday and everything was done to ensure the order arrived on time... Every phone exchange was very pleasant and very efficient. The trampoline is impeccable, the quality is there, nothing to compare with the 'standard' trampolines: the mats, the springs, the finishes, the bounce, users can really tell the difference. Thank you to France Trampoline, which I warmly recommend!
Very good. Delivered on time.
Good contact, responsive service, and attentive. Perfect delivery service.
Very good. No issues.
Completely satisfied with my purchase.
No comments. Everything is perfect.
Good product to recommend.
Correct. Fast and without problems.
Perfect.
Material arrived well packaged, everything was of very good quality. A downside for Corsica, Chronopost does not deliver to villages but to a nearby city, and we have to go pick up the packages.
Conforms
Well advised, cordial communication, logical analysis of my incoherent order and a call to confirm or deny an error.
Very good delivery quality, very good customer service with very friendly, welcoming, and professional staff.
Pro, responsive, nice 😊 Nothing to complain about.. I recommend!!!
Very professional, impeccable delivery, thank you
Excellent quality product, very short delivery time, responsive and competent customer service
Very very good
No problem. Conforms to my request
Very satisfied with our purchase. It would be good to have a more detailed assembly manual with more photos.
Great service. Very good quality
It's a shame that I had to buy a complete kit of poles, foam, fiberglass rods AND NET to replace the safety net. Costing around *** for a product that is not worth ***.
Service without problems. The delivery time - due to stock shortage - was announced and the delivery was made as soon as the material was received. The product is completely satisfactory.
Delivery wait time for the parts too long: 6 weeks.
Hello Sir, We apologize for the delivery delay of your order but this was indicated at the time of purchase. We shipped it as soon as the product was available and on the date mentioned on the website at the time of purchase. We apologize once again for the wait and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
If all sites could be as efficient
The order went well and the scheduling for delivery was good too. The product is of quality (robustness, quality of the fabric). Assembly is complicated in some aspects (mainly the angles that need to be perfect) and we had to work together with 4 people to achieve it. A beautiful product that I hope will last over time.
The trampoline is perfect and suitable for everyone from the smallest to the largest. One concern: the delivery of the additional order which was very laborious... Cancellations in cascades... It lasted a week! A concern, not really a problem.
Very good order
Very good responsiveness from your customer service following my request for help to finalize my order.
Calculating the object in relation to the ground was easy thanks to the data. Trampoline conforms to the description and notable quality. Delivery matched the given timeframe. Delivery person (*** from Chaumaz transport) super nice, efficient, in short, pure happiness. My daughter, her friends, and I are delighted!!
Very good service
Perfect for this order
Product as described, fast delivery, all good
Nothing to say, customer service always impeccable!
Excellent in every way: customer relations, product quality, delivery time... Hammock and structure are of high quality and beautiful.
The management of the order and delivery was perfect, advice at the time of purchase, scheduling for delivery. A true sense of service...
I was very satisfied with the phone reception and then with the delivery time. Thank you for your seriousness.
Received on time in good condition. A bit difficult to assemble regarding the parts to be fitted. Plan to have a mallet and a wooden board and a strong clamp to reorient the holes towards the pegs. Stable product. Appears solid.
Quality material and very fast shipping
Very satisfied
