All good
Everything was well explained on the site and our order of spare parts arrived very quickly and perfectly matched our request. I recommend this site.
Nothing to complain about;
This purchase is intended for my grandchildren who are very satisfied with the item.
Quality level and impeccable delivery, however after receiving it I sent a question and still no response!!!!
Very satisfied with the material, delivery all ok.
Very nice trampoline. Incomplete delivery. Delivery to a neighbor!!
Hello Sir, we are delighted to see that the trampoline received pleases you and your children. They should not get off it so soon. Indeed, the delivery of the trampoline was received by a neighbor and some springs were missing. These have been immediately resent to your home within 48 hours by carrier so that you can assemble the trampoline the following weekend. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and remain at your disposal if needed. The France Trampoline team.
Good phone service too.
Fast delivery and quality as promised. Perfect.
Good management of the payment issue.
I was very well received and very well advised during my call for the purchase of a net.
Improve the delivery system: more precise time slots, prior information on accessibility (in my case, the delivery person arrived with a large truck, impossible to go up the path leading to the garden. I had to carry the device in pieces).
Everything was perfect, from the order to the delivery.
Quality material and service to match.
Product received the next day, serious and fast.
Colissimo delivered perfectly as expected.
I want to express my total satisfaction for the trampoline. Indeed, ALL the material received is of very high quality and impeccable finish. While assembling it, I could only congratulate myself on our choice, especially regarding the aspects of safety and robustness represented by all the parts of the equipment, which, once assembled, give total confidence in the secure use of the trampoline. I have worked for a long time in the engineering of professional mechanical equipment for safety, and this equipment is among the best quality levels in these ranges. The equipment is used and VERY much solicited by the whole family, and I must say that after assembling it, I am reassured about the safety of its use. The assembly, despite the mechanical complexity of the whole, is extremely simple (if one strictly follows the assembly procedure, especially for the springs....)
Order placed by phone. Appreciated commercial gesture to acknowledge loyalty and recommendation to others. Very efficient, call on Monday, trampoline delivered on Friday.
Very satisfied with the product!
We are satisfied with the product and the after-sales service requested due to a missing item in the delivery.
a very good quality trampoline, quite easy to assemble, my 3 children enjoy it, and we as adults are amazed by the jumps we can make!!
Perfect after-sales service. Pleasant phone reception. Fast shipping. Excellent product quality.
Fast delivery, product conforms to the photos and description! The net is well tensioned and the trampoline seems robust! No regrets!!!
Shipping was more than fast and delivery within the week. Carrier available and of quality. Happy to have used your services.
Excellent professionals, from order taking to customer follow-up until delivery. They are impeccable.
Product conforms and of quality. Perfect!
Very good trampoline delivered quickly, robust and safe. However, the assembly instructions are very poorly made and it took more than 2 hours for 2 handy adults to assemble everything!!!!
Arrived packaged as in the email, no issues
Following a delivery problem, the solution was quick and met our expectations, 4 stars and not 5 because there was this delivery problem
The order went very well, delivery was made within the announced deadlines. Installation and assembly of the trampoline very easy. I am very satisfied.
We bought the Jumper trampoline for our little girl who loves it and jumps every day, the parents too. Here is a very safe trampoline, after checking all the sites, I do not regret my choice!! I recommend it and I even assembled it with my son-in-law, a bit long but super simple, just follow the online video. Hyper fast delivery in 3 days!!
Hello, Delivery and product conform to the order - We bought a protective cover for the trampoline but ultimately the installation of the cover with the net turns out to be very complex because it requires at least two people, patience, and especially strength to insert the cover between the net and the trampoline - Purchase not recommended if the trampoline is equipped with a net .....
Hello Madam, we have taken your comment into account. We are sorry to see that the cover does not satisfy you, but to be honest, we have not received feedback like yours regarding the installation of the protective cover. Certainly, the safety net must be detached to install it. If a cover is installed over the net, it will create a huge wind catch. It is a method that takes a bit of time but remains the only effective way to protect your trampoline for long-term use. We remain at your disposal if you have any questions. The France Trampoline team.
Very good
the order matched what I was looking for
Trampoline that completely meets our expectations. It brings joy to both kids and adults! The assembly time was a bit long (100 springs ...) ... but the result is perfect. We recommend it 100%!
Trampoline conforms to the description and delivery within the announced deadlines. However, the assembly instructions being intended for several sizes (Access range), some parts for ours (diameter 180) were missing (as they were not necessary); this misled us a bit and therefore complicated the task: we thought we had missing parts.
Quality trampoline, available customer service
Perfect
Great and very fast
very good provider
Super trampoline! Well suited for children
Perfect, nothing to say. Thank you also for the little phone call to check the characteristics of the trampoline to avoid mistakes. Have a good day, ***

The material is to be tested for its durability but no disappointment so far. Very good responsiveness from the service we had on the phone. A site honestly to recommend.
