Very satisfied with the product and the speed at which our order was processed.
Beautiful craftsmanship, beautiful quality. The only downside is that the ladder is not level (unnecessary for adults). I may be in the minority, but I would have liked to have it without the safety nets that I removed, finding them unnecessary (no children). Overall very positive.
Quick and efficient response, thank you.
Nothing to complain about, no problems.
Very satisfied, products delivered on time.
Very good product, conforms to the description. We had an assembly problem: a rod broke which was immediately replaced by customer service.
The product listing is not clear enough regarding the presence or absence of the ladder in the sale price of the trampoline. It appeared in the situational photo of the trampoline and I therefore thought I would receive it. I was disappointed to find otherwise upon receiving my package. Otherwise, very efficient delivery, well-packaged parcel.
A person weighing 70kg tried it but when jumping the trampoline mat touches the ground and it's painful. I am disappointed for this reason as it was said to support up to 90kg! If there is a solution, please write to me.***
Hello, this fitness trampoline is designed for fitness exercises that require rather quick and sustained movements and is not to be used for high jumps with the support bar. Indeed, with 8mm elastics, it is possible to touch the ground. We plan to develop a second model with 10mm elastics for interested gyms. We apologize for the inconvenience and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Very good material, delivery okay.
Excellent in every way: ordering, delivery, assembly, product quality,...
Perfect! Product delivered quickly and corresponding to the request. 1 star less because the price remains a bit high...
I am satisfied with my order, my only regret is that there are no promotions on spare parts! I chose my trampoline from France trampoline for the quality and my order cost me almost half the price of the trampoline! But I would still recommend this site.
The product seems good, we'll see in use. Fast delivery. The user manual, however, could be a tad clearer.

A high-quality trampoline!
Very fast delivery as ordered on Saturday and delivered the following Tuesday!! Good quality so far, assembly a bit long, fortunately there was a tutorial on *** because the provided instructions are not very clear!
good telephone reception and commercial responsiveness present.
very good
Impeccable
super trampoline, no delivery problems, thank you France trampoline.
Fast delivery, quality material
Ultra fast delivery, good quality product.
Serious provider.
Very nice quality of the product, highly appreciated by all users, big and small
excellent trampoline that gives a real impression of solidity and dynamism. Now it remains to face the test of time. The safety net is very well designed and allows children to be safe. The assembly instructions are not very clear, especially regarding the sketches. It takes about 3 hours to assemble, but nothing very complicated. I was very satisfied with the delivery time. I therefore recommend purchasing from France Trampoline.
Perfect!
Nothing to say, everything is perfect
Order delivered quickly and in accordance with my request. No problem!
Too bad that part of my order does not correspond to what I wanted. The shipping costs are so high that it costs me more to resend and exchange than to keep uselessly small sleeves...
Good quality product. Fast delivery
Fast delivery, quality product
very good, really advised to confirm the model to recommend
very good. Efficient and nice.
Nothing to complain about! Order by phone was perfect, fast delivery, and product is compliant and of quality!
very good, if all transports did it like that!!!! drop off the material where desired and call to warn of its arrival
The material is excellent. Everything was very well packaged despite some hits to the boxes. It is especially important to read the entire manual carefully before starting, and two adults are essential! Nothing to complain about, just enjoy!
Good product. Arrived very quickly. Well packaged.
very satisfied with the ordered item, package sent and received without any problem, thank you very much for the quality of service
Not having received the package myself, I cannot give an appreciation, but according to the person who received the trampoline, there was nothing to report.
An easy order, an efficient delivery, and a product that meets expectations, easy to assemble that the children love.
No negative comments, on the contrary, the material is of super quality, the customer service is also excellent. I recommend your company without hesitation. Thank you
Nothing to report
Very good service
The advice obtained by phone before the purchase allowed me to choose the most suitable trampoline for my children. We set up the Waouh trampoline almost 2 weeks ago and the kids can't get enough of it (even my 6-year-old son who had some apprehensions at first). Despite a high price, it is clear that the quality of this model is there: all the components are solid and robust. We are considering disassembling it and storing it in our garage for long-term preservation.
Very satisfied
Good value for money. Only the trampoline leg/net pole attachments tend to slip due to the wind. A small design flaw due to the use of plastic spacers that can only slip on poorly tightened galvanized tubes.
Clear and straightforward, within the announced timeframe, no negative points
We were looking for a quality trampoline within our budget. Not knowing which one to choose, we asked for advice by phone. We were warmly welcomed, well advised, respected, and understood. It was thus easy to find the suitable trampoline for our children. We appreciated the order taking by phone, the payment facilities, and the speed of delivery. We highly recommend.
Perfect!
hello good reception of my order delivery in accordance with your sales conditions best regards
