delivery made within the expected time and quality of the material met my expectations. thank you
Good delivery service but only one person to lower such a weight! It would have been better if there were 2 people
Very good product, fast delivery and perfect packaging.
Perfect!
Nothing to complain about. Good quality products correspond well to the descriptions. We are not disappointed. We recommend you.
Super trampoline, great bounce, super quality. I really don't regret this investment. The kids love it and I am delighted to hear their laughter. The oval shape is great for my small garden. Thank you.
The investment in this trampoline represented a big sacrifice for us knowing that it was easy to find the same size much cheaper in another brand. However, we do not regret it at all because you get what you pay for and that is exactly what we were looking for, it is a great product. Only downside on the 48h delivery which almost failed, but everyone took their responsibilities and we were able to give this trampoline to my daughter on the day "j"!
order arrived within the announced time, in very good condition. Perfect
Great, very competent team. Information over the phone to confirm the compatibility of the net. Arrived at home in record time. The price is justified given the quality of the product. Bravo and thank you.
Very fast order and delivery. The material is sturdy but a small downside regarding the anchoring kit which is low-end despite the price. We hope this kit will allow our trampoline to hold during strong winds.
Very good and friendly phone reception. The package arrived as agreed. Top delivery service. Everything was perfect.
Very pleasant phone welcome with precise answers on technical references and advice for choosing the trampoline. Price justified compared to quality and options. Appreciated payment facility. Order preparation always perfect delivery within deadlines. We are on our 3rd purchase. 6 years for the 1st implanted in the North region and is still standing and still makes people happy. We are delighted grandparents.
A good quality trampoline used by the whole family. Only downside, two hooks of the net broke during assembly.
As much as the customer service is satisfactory, the quality of the bounce board and skis is too disappointing. The fixing straps are too long, the heel stops tear off in a few days, the red grip tears just as quickly ...
Hello Sir, We have taken your feedback on our sports accessories into account and we apologize if they do not satisfy you. They are still under warranty currently and please know that we can open a warranty file if you send us photos. We apologize again and remain at your complete disposal from Monday to Friday. The France Trampoline team.
Fast delivery and good packaging. Items correspond exactly to the order. Quality products!! Thank you
Fast shipping. Excellent service. Pleasant phone contact.
Faithful to the well-designed catalog.
Fast delivery. Order corresponds well to the description.
Delivery very good and fast. Trampoline of much better quality than the old one from a well-known French outdoor toy brand! However, the instructions and assembly are less obvious.
very good
Very good product this trampoline, easy to assemble and disassemble for winter. I have given your address to several people. PERFECT.
After checking out the big brands and several websites, we are delighted (especially the children) to have purchased our Trampo (octagonal at 3.66 m) from France Trampoline. In this jungle of Trampo products of all origins and all kinds, France Trampoline really stands out. - a clear site with a wide choice, - detailed, complete, and precise characteristics, - a real commercial service that really responds, knows its products, and is not just there to read sheets, - a product received the day after the order, - a Trampo at a much higher price than elsewhere but if you really take the time to compare, the materials and finish are incomparable. Ex: tube fixation, top net, protective mattress. Kudos to this Bordeaux company for its customer focus and the quality of its products. A satisfied Aubergenvillois (78).
Very satisfied with all the services.
Order for spare parts for trampoline frame compliant. Packaging needs to be reviewed regarding protection and tape placed directly on steel parts, difficult to remove.
Product received corresponds well to the order and the description on the site. Secure payment. Fast delivery time. Careful packaging. Positive feedback.
Great trampoline, delivered quickly in a very well-made package. Customer service very quickly reachable.
*****
Very good service and I will return to this site for a possible order.
Very satisfied. thank you.
Very fast delivery, good handling by the carrier for the appointment. Good packaging. Excellent quality trampoline and easy to assemble. The children are happy.
The order and delivery went very well, total satisfaction! On the assembly instructions, it's sometimes a bit lacking: the material has changed, but not the instructions! (case of the attachments for the green mat covering the springs). There is often (not always) better on the video. Should the bottom of the net foot be fixed above or below the pin (the instructions say "on the vertical foot", the images show something else)? I hope it doesn't matter much... Ladder instructions: the steps are not symmetrical, but the instructions do not show you which way to put them (front/back), there was a one in two chance, I had to disassemble! But, despite everything, the assembly (by two old ones!) was less difficult than expected (the clamp is well made). The material seems very solid and the grandchildren are delighted (when it doesn't rain!). The locker pocket is very practical! Offering a small mat to remove shoes at the bottom of the ladder would be a plus, I put a simple tarp.
Madam, We have taken your comments regarding your trampoline and its assembly into account. We want to reassure you about the presence of the stirrup on the net: it doesn't really matter if the stirrup is fixed above or below the pin. If you wish, you can send us a global photo of the assembled trampoline with its ladder at contact@france-trampoline.com. We remain at your disposal to improve our instructions. The France Trampoline team.
Delivery time a bit long. Bad surprise upon delivery of the trampoline tent, which, contrary to the photos on the site, cannot be set up with the net in place. We had to rig a system so as not to have to dismantle the net every time we want to use the tent.
Hello, we have taken your regret regarding the installation of the tent with a safety net into account. We do not recommend installing this accessory with a safety net. Two installation pieces of the tent attach to the trampoline frame and the foot of the trampoline. There is indeed no space to properly install a tent and a safety net together. Technically, this is not possible and we explain it in every product sheet of the tent. If you did not see this indication, we sincerely apologize. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Good quality service and fast.
Product meets our expectations. Assembly is easy but you need to be two. The trampoline is stable, robust, and secure.
good product. good quality. very satisfied. fast delivery.
ultra fast delivery trampoline with good quality materials. seems robust (we'll see over time) for now very satisfied
Very good product. Fast delivery. The kids love it....
Very good quality and fast delivery.
If the provider is the delivery person: zero. Did not bother to call. Came to my house when I was absent. Dropped the order in my parking lot.
Shipping cost very high. The rest (delay, delivery, quality) is perfect.
Very good product.
Very well done Good telephone reception. Flexibility in order taking Bravo
fast service thank you
everything is fine
Perfect.
Great product completely meets our expectations.
Fast delivery, quality product, easy assembly, no issues after more than a month of use.
Fast merchandise compliant. To recommend.
Package delivered on time. Very clear assembly guide and happy children.
I find, however, that the price for delivery is very expensive, it's the first time I pay so much for delivery.
