Very satisfied with my order
Good
good product
perfect. Compliant delivery
Order shipped the day after my order, that's great. One downside, the chosen carrier was very mediocre. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.
Very easy to find the item corresponding to my search. The delivery went well, on the right date, reasonable delay. The product is of good quality.
Very good product and very fast delivery
This trampoline cover is simply useless. The cover does not extend beyond the trampoline so all the leaves fall inside. I have therefore lost a few dozen euros and my time assembling it with a more than approximate manual for a result close to zero.
Hello Sir, We have understood your problem with the item "cover for trampoline 250" and we apologize for it. However, after checking, we have not received any complaint from you in our emails. Could you please send us photos of the installed cover to see what is wrong? We renew our apologies and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
good fast work and solid material it would be interesting to know the strength of the jumping mat 80 100 120 kg?
Very satisfied for now (received 2 months ago) in terms of delay and quality. But it seems solid, we shouldn't have any problems later.
Everything went very well and the delivery was as expected
Impeccable
Fast and compliant.
Order tracking and delivery very serious. We changed our net in no time, superb quality.
PERFECT
Excellent quality and very good service
TRAMPOLINE PURCHASED IN 2008. FIRST REPLACEMENT FOR THE SURROUNDING COVER. GOOD FOLLOW-UP OF PRODUCTS AND SPEED OF SERVICE. SOLID MATERIAL AS IT IS PERMANENTLY OUTDOORS.

Very good telephone reception, perfect delivery, product meeting the needs
I have a 3.66m trampoline and I changed the protective cushion. The trampoline itself does not come from France Trampoline but the cushion fits very well. The right size, thick enough and wide enough - thank you!
Everything is ok
Extra good service and attentive
Fast delivery. Quality fabric. Call from the service to ensure the order before shipping. Very professional.
Good quality material but assembly instructions a bit light... we had to watch a tutorial on the internet to understand how to place the posts properly.
Products conforming to good quality. Delivered on time
Compliant with my expectations.
Very easy to extend the life of your trampoline with spare parts. 4 years and still like new....
Very good product received within 4 days! Complete satisfaction for both kids and adults.

Good advice material corresponding to the request
A well-made website, a very available customer service, very responsive and very pleasant, delivery on time, visibly quality material, I am very satisfied
EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY AS EXPECTED, VERY GOOD QUALITY AND THE SIZE IS PERFECT
perfect, delivery by phone appointment with a reasonable time slot.
The after-sales service worked perfectly
No worries
Everything was perfect except the driver who got lost and delayed the delivery day by day, two days later.
Very good quality of the trampoline, however the attachments for the safety net are not strong enough - they broke on the first day (I was warned by other reviews on this site). They need to be replaced with nylon ties for electric wires.
product fully compliant with the order
Impeccable
fast, with phone tracking. Nothing to report.
Very good product. Very good service for tracking the delivery which was not simple.
GOOD AND FAST
Delivery on time and well packaged, very good trampoline, just some hooks from the net that have already come loose.
I am disappointed because I did not receive the correct sleeves, the ones received are too small and therefore unusable and for the price, I organized a return. ...
Hello Sir, we have taken your comment into account and we apologize if the sleeves for poles with a diameter of 25mm and 1.80m long do not fit your poles. We are ready to reconsider your request. Could you please send us your complaint by email via your customer account? Are the sleeves too short in length or not the right diameter for your poles? The France Trampoline team.
