This trampoline is very good but the installation instructions are insufficient, the included clamps are not suitable at all, you practically need professional equipment.
Hello, we thank you for your feedback and your complete satisfaction with the trampoline. If you find that the provided clamp is not sufficient to compress the T-junctions, you could use a standard adjustable wrench to have a bit more force. We want to reassure you that this material is available in regular hardware stores or GS. Sincerely, The France Trampoline team.
Very happy with the product and serious company, I highly recommend.
Everything went well with the delivery.
Very satisfied with the services provided by France Trampoline. Fast delivery and very good quality material. I recommend this site.
Super happy with the fast delivery and the attentive sales staff: the trampoline arrived on time for my son's birthday! The trampoline is excellent, the children love it. It is also very well suited to my small garden, its rectangular shape takes up less space than a round one and the children have plenty of room to do different tricks like flips.
Good
Clear and precise phone contact
The children are thrilled with the Jump'up trampoline we bought for them and so are we because the material seems to be of good quality. However, several plastic carabiners (connecting the net to the jumping mat) broke during the first uses, but customer service took care of it; they quickly sent us metal carabiners. Apparently, we are not the first ones this has happened to and the company is reviewing the material. Now, everything is fine and the children are having a blast... Let's hope the trampoline ages well.
Order placed by phone with someone very helpful and pleasant. Delivery received on the right date. Product assembled, in accordance with the order, very good quality, very pleasant to use. Really very satisfied.
Perfect. Thank you.
VERY GOOD
Order placed 4 days before Christmas and package received 2 days later. What more could you ask for? This order went very smoothly and I am absolutely very satisfied with the delivery. Since then, as soon as the weather allows, my children are having a blast on their trampoline.
very good product. Simple assembly in 2 hours
satisfied
good materials, sturdy despite strong gusts of wind my grandchildren are delighted.
Order conforms to our expectations. However, the delivery did not happen at the announced time.
Quality product. Can't wait to use it
Timely and serious delivery. Product conforms without any problems. Simple and quick assembly of the trampoline. Despite the winter, the children have already played a lot.
ordered on Monday at 11:00, delivered on Tuesday at 10:00: less than 24 hours, BRAVO very good quality products, nothing to do with models *** and ***. I recommend for those who want a robust and durable product
The technical specifications provided on the France Trampoline website are the most complete I found when comparing the different trampolines I was interested in. It's a real plus. The descriptions provided also perfectly match the delivered product. No unpleasant surprises at delivery. It was quick. The package arrived intact and the delivery person was friendly. It is recommended to assemble the trampoline with two people. I did it alone (4 hours and 30 minutes of assembly). It can also be done very well. The assembly instructions are of good quality. The product is visibly robust and meets my expectations. It remains to be seen if it will indeed withstand the weather over the long term as promised by the manufacturer. This, I cannot judge yet. Overall, I was very satisfied with this first experience with France Trampoline.
Delivered on time Quality product

Fast delivery. Robust and quality material that remains to be tested against the test of time.
Very good
Excellent!!! I contacted customer service following a problem with the fasteners of the mats around the trampoline and the net arch. Although these parts are no longer guaranteed, customer service sent me everything and I received the package 2 days later!!!
Very satisfied
Regarding the service, just a remark regarding the delivery date which was not respected (only a few days off). In the face of this malfunction, our contacts were very responsive and friendly, so everything went well in the end. Once the trampoline was installed, a real joy for our three children, from two to ten years old!! We are delighted to have invested in a quality trampoline! We recommend France trampoline.
Reliable material, very secure, corresponding to the description and my expectations.
Impeccable phone information. Timely delivery. High-quality material. Nothing to complain about. Thank you France trampoline
I contacted an advisor who provided me with excellent information and gave me time to think. Then I ordered, the trampoline arrived on the scheduled day well packaged by a top-notch carrier as well. The trampoline was installed the next day, the assembly went well, everything was perfect. The children are thrilled for hours of fun. I highly recommend this serious site.
Fast delivery, product conforms to the order
No problem. Deadline met, impeccable delivery and especially very good quality material: it shows immediately.
very good quality products. perfect service and delivery.
Completely satisfied with the order upon delivery and the quality of the trampoline, I highly recommend
Good material, rather easy to install and especially the possibility of sourcing spare parts.
very good quality material, easy assembly, maybe review the packaging boxes... otherwise nothing to say I recommend it without problems ***
This trampoline tent is really great... it protects the children from bad weather, they can play in it even when it rains... In summer it protects from the sun... great the only downside I ordered in blue without paying attention and I prefer it in green because it is brighter, it would be nice if the colors were lighter to take photos without flash... we slept one night in it with mattresses the children loved the experience _ great product that attracts all the friends to our house!!!
Very good service, good quality product, fast delivery and good follow-up Just a downside on the high elements for clipping the net, which seem a bit fragile or maybe my children are too rowdy
very good quality product. nothing to say!
The safety net fasteners shattered (for 6 of them) within the first few days of use...
Hello Madam, We have taken your comment into account and we apologize. A technician will contact you by phone to check the installation of your safety net with you so that this does not happen again. And, we will send you new hooks very quickly. We apologize for this inconvenience and remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Delivery on time (before Christmas) and good quality material. Perfectly meets our expectations.
Product quite easy to assemble. Seems to be of very good quality. Protection everywhere... Too bad we can't have the UV cover for the oval shape. Delivery was perfect
