very good nothing to say
Perfect in every way!! We were looking for a trampoline for our 2 children aged 4 and 7. First contact by phone for information, I was explained the entire range of trampolines and based on my needs, I was directed towards an oval trampoline (model ovalie). We hesitated because it is still a bit expensive, but we took the plunge. Delivery was perfect: it was a bit delayed, but we weren't necessarily in a hurry and when I called, they immediately looked into where the problem was. The delivery person called me to make an appointment and dropped off the packages where I wanted. He even helped me remove the film around the packages to check them. Then, for assembly, it took us a few hours with 2 people but that's normal given the structure. And for the trampoline: nothing to say. It's of super quality. When the weather is nice, they are in it from morning till night and even for an adult, it's very fun. We highly recommend!!
The trampoline is very sturdy. It was delivered within the announced deadlines and the staff is very attentive to the customer's needs.
very serious and efficient site, fast delivery and very well packaged parcel
Service of very high quality and a very efficient and friendly team. The information about delivery is accurate and the carrier is easily reachable to contact us as soon as he arrives, great!
Order processed and delivered quickly. Product of very high quality that promises many years of use. I recommend without reservation.
good product, satisfied.
Very good commercial contact, the website is better now even if I no longer have assembly videos like on the old site. Speed of shipping even if a package (protective cover) is missing from my order. I am convinced that this will be resolved quickly.
Good purchase. Quality trampoline.
Very good. I assembled the legs upside down but I'm used to never succeeding on the first try with an assembly... the disassembly instructions are very useful when you make a mistake...
perfect from start to finish. Thank you.
Quality service and product.
The teams are attentive and resolved a problem I had during online payment... personalized follow-up; the person gave me their name so I could contact them again if needed
The quality of the service from the very easy-to-use website to the timely delivery with all the necessary instructions. Top level.
Trampoline not yet installed, but delivery OK. Small issue during the order because the credit card did not go through and I was called back the next day and also followed up on the delivery by phone. It's serious...!
Product quickly sent and very well packaged. Perfect!

My customer service request + order was taken care of very quickly. The delivery time was just as fast. Thank you for your responsiveness and efficiency.
high price but very good quality product, 3m60 protective cover put on a Decathlon trampoline, easy installation, fast delivery
very good after-sales service, high-quality performance material
I am very satisfied with the service and the product offered of good quality. The net is very sturdy, the jumping mat is very tight, and the ladder is essential. However, I have a small regret regarding the assembly instructions, which are not very clear regarding the assembly of the tubes!! The trampofoot is an accessory that can be done without as it remains difficult to play ball on a trampoline. My children prefer to jump, run, catch each other, and even play cards, read...! Be careful with the door, which is certainly secure but really not easy for my children aged 5 and 7. I spend my time telling them to close the 3 fasteners (they require precision from the inside) and the velcro too. I regretted a fall through the door because my 5-year-old son forgot to close at least the velcro!! Also, be careful to distribute the weight of the jumpers well because my 7-year-old son (25 kilos) jumped with my 15-year-old brother (60 kilos) and when landing from the jump, my son took the rebound from my brother with a nice tendonitis and rest for 3 weeks!! On the other hand, an adult alone can jump and it's really great!! Highly recommend
Very fast delivery. Very good product. Unfortunately, just 2 months after our purchase, we experienced a strong gust of wind that damaged part of the trampoline. After contacting customer service, there was excellent responsiveness, welcome, quote, and delivery of the parts to be changed. Thank you
Very efficient and professional

Delighted, the product meets my expectations. For beginners, the bar is useful and reassuring. Just a note for transport, the product was not well protected but no worries as it was not damaged. Thank you
good quality of service
Great product, it's a shame it slides on the tiles but just putting pads solves it.
Top! Very happy with my order. Trampoline purchased to replace a competitor's trampoline that lasted barely a year... Here, the trampoline looks really solid, the metal is thicker, etc. Delivery is very fast: order placed on Monday, delivered on Friday. I recommend.
