Very good service. The call before shipping to confirm the order was greatly appreciated.
Delivery as expected, on time. No problems.
Impeccable service
Speed in shipping. Quality material. I trust it for my children.
Nothing to report. Product arrived in good condition.
Fast delivery, excellent quality trampoline. I wanted to change the delivery address, I had to contact them, and they took care of everything, very good reception, really nothing to say.
Nothing to complain about.
The trampoline is very good, of very good quality. However, the trampoline was a bit damaged during transport: scratches and some damaged elastics, but everything works. Otherwise, the quality/price ratio of France trampoline is the best.
I had problems putting on the pole protections and no information on the instructions about the direction!!
Hello, we have taken your comment on this point into account. In all our manuals, there is indeed a diagram explaining how to install this part on page 48 of your manual. The France Trampoline team.
excellent! quality product, delivery time respected
On the site, detailed characteristics of the sold trampolines. The trampoline seems robust and well-designed with a very detailed assembly manual in French. I am very satisfied with my purchase.
The whole family is satisfied. A satisfactory quality-price ratio. Impeccable delivery times.
Ovalie 4.30. After reading articles, we chose quality materials. - Ultra-fast delivery to the designated location. - Impeccable and quality materials: sturdy tubes, very resistant safety net, 180mm bichromated springs. - Very responsive and quick customer service.
Excellent product!
Order and delivery fully met my expectations. The trampoline is clearly solid.
Very satisfied
The help on YouTube is very handy, it should be mentioned in the assembly instructions.
Excellent packaging and delivery service. The only downside: the assembly instructions could be clearer and more precise.
Easy order, ultra-fast shipping, accessories received exactly as I expected. But shipping costs are exorbitant 14€ for a package of about 1kg ... HOWEVER, it is indicated on the site that the delivery company will contact to set an appointment for receiving the package ... FALSE ... We found a delivery notice in the mailbox one evening and obtaining a new delivery is purely impossible! We had to make a 120 km round trip (Angers / Le Mans) to pick up the package! You would do well to use postal services they are more serious and cheaper!
Excellent!
Rectangular trampoline purchased this summer. Very practical for small gardens, less space wasted. Very good quality. Good phone reception. Delivery as per schedule and within the right timeframe
Great
delivery times and order content respected
Quality
Very good phone contact. Excellent follow-up of the delivery, very fast. Easy assembly (it's heavy and you need to take the time to look very carefully at the instructions) for such a large trampoline. The only downside is the plastic attachment hooks of the safety net: 5 broke on the first jump (there was only one person) and they were well attached as per the instructions. Metal attachments (like carabiners) might be better.
Hello, Thank you for your constructive feedback, and your comments have been taken into account for consultation on a new type of net. However, the installation must be ensured by respecting a respectable level of tension on the elastic straps at the bottom. Replacement hooks have been sent to you, and we remain at your disposal for any assistance to prevent any similar issues.
second trampoline purchased (as a gift for the family) - quality since ours has been holding up against the kids for several years ... Satisfied with the after-sales service although a bit slow.
Very good product, secured, of very high quality. Fast delivery time. Responsive and very effective after-sales service.
Nothing to report. Very good responsiveness. Everything is OK
Very good trampoline, delivered on time and very easy to assemble.
fast delivery. item conforms. Product quality undeniable (protection tarp)
excellent
Very competent and pleasant customer service to check that I chose the right model. Product of very good quality
Material conforms to our expectations
good value for money, seriousness and speed in ordering and delivery, quality and safety; and on top of that comfort and aesthetics!
Very good product.
Very good phone contact, everything was managed with a lot of rigor and professionalism. Excellent responsiveness. I highly recommend this company for both the quality of the material and the follow-up and availability of the staff.
Incredible delivery times!
quality of the material security good design useless ski
Beware of the packaging, the pallet is too small to ensure safe delivery ... Phew! Nothing to report after opening the boxes
the trampoline is fantastic! the 21cm springs provide exceptional bounce! Highly recommended
Fairly fast delivery, trampoline of very good quality, in line with our expectations, friendly phone reception.
Site up to my expectations and material at the same level. Explicit assembly instructions. Nothing to say.
Very satisfied with everything (the welcome, the material, ...) except for your delivery person or carrier.
We are delighted with our purchase: professional phone reception, fast delivery, quality trampoline.... everything was perfect for my daughter's 10th birthday. Thank you!
Very satisfied both in terms of contact and quality
Excellent material, excellent interlocutor, Nothing to complain about, just satisfied not to have bought a trampoline from a large national chain...
When ordering, I made a mistake in the reference and by calling customer service my order was changed. Fast and careful delivery (order on Monday and delivery on Thursday). The quality is there, a bit long to assemble, but after that it's a delight. To recommend.
We called a specialized company and chose an expensive trampoline to have quality and we were very disappointed. Especially regarding the frame: the holes for screwing are not aligned, we had to buy a drill to enlarge and align them. The holes are probably made before bending the tubes and not after as it should have been. We also had to buy a tap to redo a good part of the threads. In short, a lot of equipment to buy when the manual indicates that no other tool is necessary. Instead of a few hours, assembling the frame alone took an entire afternoon (about 7 to 8 hours). For a specialized company and for the price, the quality is not up to par!
Sir, Our phone conversation today highlighted a defect in the trampoline frame, which was resolved by your care, without involving our services. We emphasize the full availability of our customer service, which is an integral part of our company, and which remains at your disposal by phone or by email. We will remain available to our customer for any additional requests.
Good service: material delivered in good condition within the deadlines communicated at the time of the order!
FAST DELIVERY VERY GOOD MATERIAL MANUAL NOT DETAILED ENOUGH FOR SPRING ASSEMBLY
