very good
Fast and efficient service
very fast and very well advised by the sales service thank you.
very good reception on the phone, easy website, fast delivery and impeccable products.
The processing is quick but the packaging is basic and not very suitable.
Hello, I just saw now that my review had been "posted" and read the response from France Trampoline. Very pleasantly surprised to have received replacement hooks by mail (which I had mentioned in my initial review), I am tempted to give one more star because really everything has been perfect so far. As a regular online buyer, I have never seen such responsiveness and professionalism... Bravo to everyone. PS: Having limited access to the trampoline to three, my 11 grandchildren are queuing for their turn!!! You should offer an entry counter as an option, with a green light or red light for large families... Best regards, A happy and delighted buyer
Very good product, very easy to assemble. Very secure (safety net, double door to access the trampoline). The logo in the center of the mat is very important as a reference for jumps, however its printing does not last over time, which is a shame. The protective cover is very useful, especially with the small windows to let water through in case of rain, it would have been relevant to place some on the corners because the ground where the trampoline is positioned is not always horizontal, which causes water to accumulate on one side. Good packaging despite the fact that the ends holding the safety net cable were broken and this despite a box without damage, a very disappointing point. Despite these few remarks, the product remains of excellent quality.
ultra fast delivery, very good quality products
The instructions are not very precise
Hello Sir, We have taken note of your Ekomi comment regarding the assembly of the Oxygen 250 trampoline. Unfortunately, the assembly instructions seemed not precise enough to you. In order for us to improve our instructions, could you please explain to us in a few points where you found the assembly instructions imprecise? Additionally, we invite you to send us a photo of your trampoline so that we can confirm whether your trampoline is correctly installed. We remain at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team.
Very functional site. Many accessories to restore your trampoline. Very fast delivery.
I am very happy with this trampoline but two days after receiving it, the plastic attachments to close the trampoline all broke!! I informed France trampoline who immediately sent me new attachments and even a bit more, I find this very professional and very pleasant to have responsive and serious people, that is why I highly recommend them.
Shipping costs very expensive and delivery a bit long for a bag of hooks that are far too fragile! Too bad because the trampoline is of good quality....
Hello Sir, we have taken your comment into account. After verification, we sent your order within 72 working hours by La Poste. We are therefore surprised that you found the delay a bit long and we apologize for that but we remain within the announced delay of 2 to 5 working days. Then, for the shipping costs, you paid 7.50 euros including tax for a parcel shipment in France. We invite you to contact La Poste but this is the minimum rate for a signed parcel shipment with this company. Unfortunately, we cannot apply a lower rate. We remain at your disposal. France Trampoline.
Very good quality material delivered quickly.
Very good fast!
Great! The whole family uses it daily for leisure or cardio exercise. Quality of the trampoline nothing to complain about ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Assembly in 4 hours (be sure to follow the instructions) Only downside the anchoring kit with straps that are too short Communication and after-sales service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ also Delivery respected the deadlines I recommend this site
very fast delivery after ordering, quality trampoline
GOOD AND FAST
The trampoline is a very good product and we are very satisfied. However, after discussing with several friends, we are surprised not to have benefited from a special offer such as the free protective cover that our friends were able to receive. A small remark also on the hooks holding the protective net: these plastic hooks are subjected to too much force and open very easily until they escape and release the net. They need to be put back in place very often. Our daughter is the only one using the trampoline and she only weighs 44 kg at 15 years old.
very good
Good quality material, happy with our purchase.
very good. easy website, product delivered on time and easy to assemble. good product - the only small flaw is the hooks of the net which are not strong enough (they open under pressure). ***
I was able to set up the trampoline yesterday after a few hours of concentration... rewarded with some really great moments afterwards with my children. Very good and beautiful material. However, I have a (new) complaint to pass on to you: it concerns the anchoring kit that was delivered with the trampoline. It was a kit offered with a promo code supposedly compatible with the oval 490 that I purchased. After installation, it seems that it is not. The straps are far too short to connect the anchor and the structure of the trampoline (the steel tube where the springs are attached) as presented in the diagram of the manual. Would the kit provided correspond to a shorter model?
Very good service. I recommend France Trampoline !!!!
very responsive and serious store, quickly addressed a packaging issue with damaged material
Speed of services.
Personalized follow-up by phone regarding the request, including technical aspects; responsiveness, quality. I am really very satisfied.
Very satisfied

I called to get some additional information. I placed my order by phone and my trampoline was delivered the next day, Bravo!
Deadline and responsiveness very satisfactory.
Really an excellent trampoline, very easy to assemble! But we regret not having bought the ladder that goes with it!
Very good nothing to say ordered on Sunday evening, delivered Wednesday with a very professional carrier. Good quality material nothing to compare with ***. installation in 2 hours with my 12-year-old son (rectangular 3.2 m / 2.2m)
Very good product but beware the package was very damaged.
Very good product The ladder is not practical, we used another aluminum one.
excellent material (strength, quality) shipped on time
Very good product
After placing an order online, I was called to check the details. When I explained that I was English, an English speaking member of staff dealt with my call. She very helpfully checked that the order was correct and explained the process should I need to return the spare part I had ordered. The delivery was speedy and the correct part was received and fitted.
Delivery in 24h Quality product
Very good service, very fast delivery, top-notch. Customer follow-up and advice also top-notch.
Very good.
Very good quality, fast delivery, I recommend France trampoline.
Fast delivery in less than a week. Palette arrived a bit broken. But without damage. Easy assembly with the provided documentation. Good product.
Good product, fast delivery.
Good information Excellent order tracking.
Excellent product, quite easy to assemble, except for the "roof"... Fast delivery.
Material: Minimax PRO Trampoline Very satisfied, except for the inability to change the elastic to a less rigid one. Very good value for money.
Very good quality product, delivery was fast.
Good quality trampoline delivered on time. Instruction manual not intuitive but demo video on the site very effective. Only downside, I initially thought it was a fraudulent SMS upon receiving the one from the delivery person where nothing indicated a connection with France trampoline. I had to do some research before dialing the famous delivery person's phone number. Otherwise, serious site highly recommended.
Very good responsiveness and confirmation by the salesperson during a call that the chosen fabric was the right size.
Very good....fast and efficient.
