The entire contract was respected, + very friendly and helpful delivery person.
Order compliant, deadline respected, good material.
Quality service and fast. Nothing to complain about.
Quality trampoline. Effective responsiveness from the seller. Pleasant phone reception.
Very happy with the jumping mat and its springs. Fast delivery. I am very satisfied.
Material of very good quality! Meets our expectations perfectly. Very good phone advice.
Good material corresponding to the description. Only the delivery person did not make an appointment for their first visit, hence a second visit by appointment this time 2 days later.
The phone reception was friendly and competent. Delivery without problems. Delivered material is of quality.
Fast delivery and very good quality trampoline. It did not budge during the last storm. And the children are having a blast. The closure is of good quality. Assembly took us 2 hours but was not complicated. The upper arch gives it good stability. In summary, a very very good product, a bit expensive but worth the cost.
Perfect! Excellent material and very good contact by phone.
Very good quality service, nothing to complain about
Very good product, simple assembly.
Very accessible and good advice
Very good product, my children are delighted!
The quality of the trampoline is up to the description provided by the site. The only criticism concerns the quality of the packaging during transport. Indeed, the package must be about 3 meters long and the pallet is only 1 meter. The result is that the package arrived torn and several pieces were missing to assemble the trampoline. Fortunately, the after-sales service was very responsive and within two days we received the missing pieces. I recommend both the site and the material, which is much more robust than the budget trampolines.
Fast delivery and good quality product. Very good
Very serious, very well explained for placing the order and delivered very quickly.
Excellent telephone reception. Efficiency in order taking and delivery. Perfect service.
Before ordering my trampoline, I spoke on the phone with a technician from France Trampoline who kindly answered my various questions and recommended a type of material suitable for my children's age. The delivery times were respected and the material arrived in excellent condition. Very good quality and sturdy material.
Information provided, deadlines respected, perfect delivery,
Delivery made quickly
The springs do not conform to the instructions: both ends are identical and very difficult to insert into the tube, you have to hit with a hammer which can only damage the surface treatment. It takes rather three strong adults than two to stretch the fabric. Apart from this important point, assembly is simple and the instructions are clear. Its longevity will allow us to judge the product.
Easy contacts
Very good product that perfectly meets our expectations. To see over time
Order received on time. Satisfied with the quality of the trampoline. Very responsive customer service. I recommend.
Deadlines respected for delivery. Good quality of the trampoline. Very responsive customer service by email and phone. To improve: assembly instructions. I recommend.
Ease of ordering, respect for deadlines and announced quality
Very good material
The sales and support service is excellent, the purchased product is also good, it matches what is advertised. However, the transport provider should be changed, as delivery times during office hours and a failed delivery are not ideal!
I am very satisfied with my trampoline, it is sturdy and of very good quality. I highly recommend it.
Delivery of items as expected, deadlines respected.
The children wanted this oval trampoline, I hesitated for a long time regarding the price. Finally, the whole family is delighted, my children aged 17, 14, and 11 are very satisfied, and I am too regarding the quality of the product. Best regards ***
As always, top material and quality.
VERY GOOD PHONE CONTACT TO CONFIRM REFERENCES.
Well secured closure
very good communication. fast deadlines perfect
Very good secure material, very short deadlines, a very good experience.
Speed of delivery. Spare parts always available.
A quality of service that we would always like to have: seriousness from the company to the exceptional quality of the trampoline, which has nothing to do with what can be found elsewhere. Since its arrival, our trampoline delights young and old!
Fast and scheduled delivery.
Well guided in my choice. Quality trampoline. Our children love to play on it.
Good quality trampoline, easy assembly and well explained. One remark: it's a pity to offer the ground anchoring kit when it is provided with the trampoline. One criticism: obligation to take a day off to receive delivery! The carrier delivers between 8 am and 6 pm, without being able to give a time slot, simply astonishing these days!!
Fast delivery, easy to install. Good product, the children have made it their favorite game.
Nothing to report. Everything was OK.
Very very happy with the service, super nice on the phone and the deadlines, thanks to your team.
Excellent quality trampolines (the booster). We had a small issue with our canvas due to a cigarette burn. We only repurchased the canvas for a very reasonable price. Each element can be purchased separately, which is very practical and less expensive. We have had our trampoline for 4 years, and it shows no defects. Another note, the price of our trampoline has not increased a cent in 4 years. Well done and thank you for your competence and seriousness.
I was contacted by phone to get all the necessary information for my order; it was a very professional approach with a charming interlocutor who was very helpful, a site to recommend and an ultra-fast delivery service, I am very satisfied.
Order taken care of quickly and package received quickly.
