Order of an Apolo 400, product of very good quality, different from what is usually found in large sports stores (first purchase). With three children who perform unpronounceable tricks for me (kork, back, front, etc.), it was time to move to a larger and more efficient model. Why: numerous springs that soften the bounce, so little or no lumbar discomfort, and a greater bounce. Quality of the mat, thickness of the tubes, robust design of the frame (doubled on the sides for added rigidity), very professional and friendly customer service. Only downside: assembly instructions not very clear, a call to the parent company to clarify a bit. Purchase to recommend for teenagers who are not afraid of heights.
very happy, good quality-price ratio and fast delivery.
the trampoline is very good, very secure and especially very solid! Given the size, the 'anchoring' kit is necessary
Excellent delivery time, good quality of the ordered product
I forgot to notify a promo code that would have allowed my children to get a football accessory when validating my order. I asked for a gesture to send it to me later and was refused. So very disappointed with the commercial aspect and not the trampoline despite broken plastic hooks during the first jumps.
Hello Mrs. M, we have understood your comment and your disappointment. However, applying a discount code allows our preparation to prepare your order with the gift automatically included. If you did not mention it, we had to offer to send it to you for 12 € including tax only, or to cover only the shipping costs and not the item at 45 € and the 12 € for shipping. In this offer, we always offer you the item but the delivery remains at your expense as you did not apply the promotional code. Commercially, we cannot do more knowing that we mention on our site and several times how our promotions work. We remain at your disposal for any questions. The France Trampoline team.
Excellent. Order by phone was perfect. Delivery by carrier was perfect. Material in perfect condition. In short, everything was very good.
Well.

Hello Sir, We have taken your request into account. We ask you to first send us photos of your installation (either by email to contact@france-trampoline.com or via a downloadable link wetransfer) so that we can see if it is properly installed. Sometimes, the T-junctions are poorly installed by people, or the springs are not fully pushed in which does not allow you to fully enjoy your trampoline. We are waiting for your photos in order to study your request. The France Trampoline team.

Very happy to find spare parts for a trampoline purchased from France Trampoline many years ago. It is ready for another 10 years ;o)
Perfect, very good service
Fast delivery, quality material as expected, very satisfied with our purchase.
Very serious company and product that meets my expectations. A product that should bring joy to children for a long time.
Sturdy and simple material Should be provided with a protective cover
Very good
Very good product made in France
physically difficult assembly and longer than expected
The trampoline was out of stock and I was supposed to receive it at the end of June. It arrived around July 6 but it is perfect and meets our expectations.
very good responsiveness. The package was sent in 2 shipments without warning. An item was missing which was quickly resent in a 3rd shipment.
Available, pleasant, and quality advice. Fast delivery. The product is suitable, it is too early to talk about its durability. If all sites could be like this...
Very good service, good customer service. Perfect delivery and good product with a good assembly manual.

We bought an Ovalie 490 trampoline and are very satisfied (recent purchase, no hindsight). It seems very resistant and its shape is adapted to our small garden.
Good availability of the company, good advice. The trampoline fully satisfies us. By going up, and after having looked to the right and left before the acquisition, we were able to measure the quality of the product. Even though we do not leave our daughter alone on the trampoline, we feel reassured and confident, the safety is well developed.
After weeks of research and hesitation, we are now happy and satisfied to have ordered from France Trampoline!! Clear information on the site, transparency, quality products (to be seen over time anyway) and an investment that is worth it! Nothing to do with the trampolines you see in stores, even specialized sports ones. Perfect!
good purchase the children are very happy with this trampoline. the oval shape allows them to evolve while limiting impacts
in line with my expectations
Satisfactory service, delivery times also.
nothing to report
The jumping mat of my trampoline was torn and the manufacturer does not offer to sell this item alone. On France Trampoline, I was able to order a jumping mat that perfectly fits my trampoline (I just had to provide the diameter of the jumping mat, the number of springs, and the length of the springs). My trampoline is like new at a lower cost and my children are delighted!
Very good quality jumping mat. Verification by the France trampoline team of the adaptability of the mat even though the trampoline does not come from them..... Perfect purchase!
Trampoline conforms to my expectations. Sturdy material easy to assemble, delivered quickly and well packaged. I was recommended your products and I am completely satisfied
6 years after the initial purchase I changed the safety net (torn by the children). Delivered a few days after my order, installed immediately and my trampoline is like new. A great service, thank you.
Super trampoline, easy to assemble and sturdy. Certainly more expensive than other brands but you can see the difference.
precise site, clear. correspondence by email or phone effective.
easy choice, simple order, perfect delivery, well-packaged products, easy assembly, impeccable product
Following the receipt of the trampoline mat, I want to express my complete satisfaction to the whole team!!! Order placed on Monday at 11:30 am, received on Tuesday at 10 am, it is nice to see that in France some companies keep their commitments and have impeccable service! It is also good to share satisfaction, that is why I called the company the next day to congratulate them! Good continuation to you, and thank you again for your efficiency!! ***
fast delivery. simple assembly (2 hours alone).
