Delivery made at the scheduled time. Perfect.
Delivery time respected and very fast, excellent trampoline, robust, assembly quite difficult, 3 people needed and assembly time much longer than indicated in the instructions! Very efficient telephone assistance.
Good responsiveness from the spare parts service.
Solid material, easy to assemble, delivered on time. Perfect! However, the gadget for playing ball in the trampoline detaches too easily.
Good quality so far; assembly quite tedious alone, good and fast delivery service since the order, deadlines met.
Perfect!
All OK. Good product. Easy assembly, however, the tensioners of the safety net break easily (it's plastic!!! not normal..). Sorry.
PERFECT!!! Nothing to complain about. Thank you. Best regards.
Our daughter does competitive gymnastics. She went through the fabric of our previous trampoline! We can therefore affirm that your material is really of very high quality. The only downside is the instructions and assembly explanations that must be thoroughly reviewed.
Error on the ordered item.
Hello Sir, we have taken your comment regarding the ordered anchoring kit into account. Indeed, your order suffered a package inversion with the carrier and you initially received a jumping mat. We sent you the correct item within 48 hours after we became aware of the problem, and the carrier picked up the incorrectly delivered package at the same time. We apologize for this inconvenience and sincerely believe we have resolved this issue as quickly as possible. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Fast order and careful shipping. Website not clear enough.
very satisfied with the products and services
Perfect product, careful packaging, very good telephone service, timely delivery, friendly delivery person.
Excellent product, assembly took 2 hours, no issues to report. Delivery was fine but no flexibility in timing and only during office hours, which makes it complicated when you work...
very good product compared to what can be found on the market. excellent value for money
The realization of our order was very easy, everything went as planned, we are very satisfied, both with the quality of the product and with the seriousness and organization of the France Trampoline team
Nothing to complain about.
Very good product that meets our expectations, nothing to complain about.
good
Very good welcome during the request for information that turned into an order. Very fast delivery time - clear explanation for assembly - The only problem encountered was that 2 isolated nailed boards were placed on the pallet, underneath the trampoline package. These nails simply pierced the cardboard without damaging the trampoline.
Top quality. Assembly okay. Impeccable delivery.
Very good
I was very satisfied with the trampoline until the plastic hooks holding the net under the trampoline broke. One hook of the door also broke. The plastic is not strong. Otherwise, the trampoline is stable, seems solid, it inspires confidence.
Hello Mr. and Mrs. Foutrier, we have taken your comments regarding the hooks of your trampoline that break into account. Did you follow the installation instructions for the safety net, please? Indeed, it is necessary to first pass the lower edge under the trampoline before attaching the hooks. This allows for proper distribution of the safety net. Only then should the hooks be installed. Additionally, we indicate that if the net is too tight to place the hooks on the D-rings, you can place them on the side of the steel frame. Did you proceed this way for the installation? We will send you hooks to replace the defective ones, of course. How many do you need, please? The France Trampoline team.
Very good product quality. Very nice finish. Everything we expected from this trampoline has been delivered. Correct delivery. Precise assembly and easy to follow. Thank you France Trampoline.
No particular issues; very good material. It's serious, a mega trampoline for my daughter and her friends. It's great.
Easy assembly. Product perfectly conforms to the description.
Trampoline of very good quality, easy assembly, possible to do alone without difficulties. The only downside is the foam covers on the bars surrounding the trampoline that keep slipping, leaving the white foam unprotected in some places. Otherwise, very happy with the size (3.60m) and the design.
The trampoline is great, the kids are having a blast, the size is sufficient and the sturdiness is excellent, I am very very satisfied!!
I received the ordered items without error.
FAST DELIVERY GUARANTEED BY CARRIER. VERY SATISFIED.
purchase of a trampoline roof that turned out not to be the one described on the site, and which was impossible to assemble. Very good reaction from the sales service which refunded the purchase quickly despite the opened package and an attempted assembly of the item.
very good product
Order delivered very quickly that meets our expectations.
Serious material, shipping deadlines respected. Moreover, welcoming and efficient after-sales service.
Very good quality trampoline. Assembly took longer than announced, but the whole gives a real impression of robustness and quality, whether it's the structure or the protective net and its supports... Kids and adults love it. Fast delivery, as expected.
nothing to report. Fast and careful delivery. Good communication, good product
product conforms to the description, clear assembly instructions, excellent product, very happy with this purchase so far
The trampoline is of excellent quality. It was delivered on time.
Quality products - delivery without problems and excellent after-sales service - well done. We perceive your commitment to the satisfaction of little trampolinists and their parents - thank you
perfect reception
very good trampoline: wow 4m30. our children have fun on it from morning till night! one flaw, the safety net was a bit torn upon opening. the protective cover is easy to put on and fits very well! the delay between ordering and delivery is 5 days. I recommend it to all our friends!
I would like to thank and congratulate the staff of France trampoline, indeed the transport provider did not play fair, but France trampoline did everything possible to deliver to me in the evening at 8:00 PM by express taxi.
Excellent quality material. One small remark though. It would be good to offer accessories, especially protective covers, at the time of ordering.
Excellent welcome, advice, and deadlines always respected. Perfect. I have already recommended it to others who are also delighted.
fast service and good quality product
Very good product. Easy assembly with quality materials! Fast and on-time delivery, very friendly carrier. My children, 9 and 6 years old, have a lot of fun on it safely. Great purchase!
Available interlocutors who adapt to customer needs thanks to a company that sells quality products delivered in record time.
The kids love it! Assembly is not always very easy though. The alignment of some holes was not always obvious.
the trampoline is of good quality, but difficult to assemble, I had a problem with an incorrect part at the start, and the carrier caused damage in my garden that has not yet been resolved, despite numerous reminders...
Very good quality trampoline. Easy to assemble. Express delivery. All good. The whole family is having fun jumping on the trampoline
