Hello Sir, We have read your comment, but we do not understand it. We announce a preparation time of 24 hours and then delivery within 2 to 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You made the purchase of your Oxygen 360 trampoline on Tuesday 14/07/15. It was therefore prepared and handed over to the carrier on Wednesday 15/07/15 in the evening. Fast delivery of a replacement canvas + springs. The only downside was that 3 springs were missing out of 20, but after reporting it by email, I quickly received the three missing ones. I replaced the canvas without difficulty; it matched exactly with the old one (same number of springs, same dimensions).
Very good product. Expensive, the material is of quality, the assembly of the whole is very easy even for one person alone and safety is guaranteed. The little ones evolve without problem on this trampoline, the double access door and the very fine mesh of the safety net are very reassuring. Finally, nothing to compare with other products. Only a small defect in the mesh of the safety net, but it should not affect the longevity of the material. And a hook for fixing the net that broke during assembly.

Hello, very good quality of the product. The assembly instructions just need to be improved with diagrams, larger and more precise photos, and in color.
Very pleasantly surprised by the respect of the delivery time during the July 14th holiday, in a small village in the Var. Simple assembly for a handyman, but the instructions are sometimes confusing due to too many unnecessary details!!! The protective sleeves for the poles are calculated very tightly to the point of having a lot of trouble fitting them, the same goes for the upper supports of the net. The plastic snap hooks for the lower net attachment are few and not strong given the stresses endured (already one broken). Overall, it is a pity not to have any spare parts, one lost nut in the greenery and it's a hassle to find it... The inner closure with Velcro is not very reassuring. Otherwise, for now, four of our grandchildren are enjoying it to the maximum without any particular problem, tomorrow there will be 6 more, so we will see about the overall sturdiness of your product!!! Pleasantly surprised also by its good wind resistance, it did not budge despite a strong mistral to which it is exposed... In summary, for children between 10 and 4 years old, it is exactly the product we were looking for. The only weak point for now is the lower hooks of the net (which motivated my rating of 4 out of 5) PS: the gift of the super water gun immediately joins the corner of items reserved for parents!!)
Hello Sir, We have taken your comments into account and we thank you for your positive feedback on the Jump'Up 300 trampoline which weighs nearly 100kg. Regarding the assembly instructions, they are indeed very detailed but to be honest, some people still find them not explanatory enough. For the net closure, we have removed the zipper which was even less secure. Once broken, it is impossible to repair while snap hooks can be easily replaced. We will send you new hooks to replace the broken ones. For installation, you can install one hook on two on the side of the jumping mat and the others on the side of the frame. This will allow for a little less tension on the net. We remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.

Family trampoline 360cm. Delivery was done in a week, everything was very well packaged. After some difficulties to fit the "T" parts, assembly went smoothly. The trampoline is very beautiful and seems very solid, at least compared to those found in supermarkets. Our son is delighted!
