Order delivered very quickly, product completely meets my expectations, so perfect.
We were advised and we are very very satisfied with our purchase.... this high-quality trampoline brings joy to both kids and adults.... the customer service is worthy of the name: available, flexible, and very nice... really top.... highly recommend without any hesitation.... excellent quality-price ratio even if it seems expensive at first glance. Thank you, France trampoline!
Very good product: sturdy, safe, and very fun for children, however, the pallet arrived damaged with an open package: the carrier is not great and does not match the delivered material
Very good quality material and excellent customer service
The attachments of the trampo-foot are very fragile (plastic) and are already broken. The trampo-foot is not worth its price.
No issues with the order placed. Well-organized delivery. Assembly okay. I had questions and was able to easily reach someone from the company.
Good evaluation, followed work, good reception.
Excellent phone reception, straightforward and honest response, delivery on time, good quality trampoline, easy assembly. The only downside is that the green protective covers of the bars rise up and reveal the white padding, it's a shame there are no Velcros.
Hello, To avoid seeing the foam protections, you can install the pole fixing brackets of the net as high as possible, which will prevent the white foams from being visible. We remain at your disposal if you have any questions. The France Trampoline team.
Very satisfied with the services
Very good product
Easy assembly, good quality item. Fast delivery
Excellent quality material, sturdy. Perfect delivery. Appropriate advice. I recommend without hesitation
Excellent product and excellent service, very fast delivery
Quick turnaround. Helpful advice after delivery like strong wind alerts
We needed spare parts for the children's trampoline. The salesperson adjusted our order accordingly and allowed for pickup directly at the warehouse within 48 hours with payment by check. Efficient. Nothing to complain about!
Satisfied with the information provided by the salesperson, speed of responses and delivery. Delivery conforms to the order
No problem. Delivery even ahead of schedule. Product quite easy to assemble and of good quality
Good advice for an excellent quality trampoline.
Ordered material conforms and seems to be of good quality, fast delivery as expected. However, one piece was missing from the package, the return was quick within 8 days. On the other hand, I was debited twice for the same order, they should refund in a few days...? The site responds promptly in case of issues, that's the main thing, but it still makes a lot!
Hello, We were able to identify some inconsistencies in the processing of your order, such as this double debit which has been immediately resolved. We apologize again and remain available for any requests by email or phone. Thank you for your trust.
Very good service, customer service and services perfect
Very good advice over the phone, delivery on time. Excellent quality product. Measure the location well. We ordered a 3.60 it's huge for a little girl. Great when friends come over to the house
excellent advice over the phone, speed of ordering and delivery of spare parts.
Very good. Always efficient and good quality products
Fast delivery and in accordance with my request.
good advice
For now, nothing to complain about!
Good product
Good responsiveness to a size problem which happens to be the protective net. A second one was sent which unfortunately was also not the right one and I am still waiting for the correct net for a 4.90m.
Professional quality products. Exemplary shipping and delivery times
Everything went very well from the order to the delivery, including the information provided before the order. We will see over time the quality of the merchandise.
Very well documented website, competent save, however delivery service could improve
Excellent order preparation favorable to good assembly. Pleasant phone reception and good advice were provided to me
nothing to report as there was no inconvenience
The supplier called me before delivery to ensure that the dimensions were correct. Material perfectly compliant and fast delivery. Perfect.
Very good product
Shipping and delivery were perfect. The assembly manuals leave something to be desired for occasional DIYers, especially for the foot fixation (orientation of the ergo as once in place it is very difficult to correct).
delivery on time, quality packaging, clear instructions, 2 good hours of assembly for two ... everything seems very sturdy and meets our expectations and those of the children. just a downside about the door net that does not close completely (a bit too tight?) and since we have many carts in the neighborhood I fear they might settle there for a nap. otherwise nothing to complain about
Excellent quality material. Reasonable prices. Clear website. Very fast shipping. Nothing to complain about except keep it up!!! I have recommended your site to several people.
Excellent
Very good quality product, fast delivery, the assembly manual is a bit complicated, my children are delighted. It is the best game I could offer them.
Good quality product but logistics needs to be reviewed for delivery as the company does not provide a time slot, we cannot block a day for delivery
Hello, As indicated in our T&Cs, Delivery tab, trampoline deliveries are subject to an appointment that must be made directly with the carrier. The delivery method is standard and offers delivery on weekdays, with a wide time slot (9am-3pm). However, we remain available to our customers to best supervise the rounds of the transport company.
Fast delivery and very good quality trampoline. I recommend this site
Clear explanations over the phone, and very fast delivery, a flawless experience
Quality services both for the choice, delivery, and the received material. A site I would recommend.
Item found quickly on the website and order placed by phone with an available contact who allowed me to acquire this trampoline very quickly.
Good quality trampoline and good availability of sellers for our questions.
Quality of the material and delivery time. Ease of assembly.
Quality trampoline, fast delivery. Very satisfied.
super quality trampoline! we are delighted, as it is made in France, and the quality is really there, the finishes are really top-notch. I do not give 5 stars because the assembly instructions are not the easiest, I had to look for a tutorial on the internet. but very well done, as France trampoline provides it!
Hello, the assembly manual mixing diagrams and text has been detailed as best as possible, but we can understand that it still proves a bit complicated to understand. We renew our full availability by phone to all our customers for assistance, and also emphasize that assembly videos are also available on our YouTube channels.
