No issues with the trampoline or the delivery. Quality to be monitored over time.
everything is compliant and easy to assemble!
Very good service, very nice product.... to see how the trampoline holds up over time...
The delivery was made on time, with a very friendly delivery person, who, on his personal behalf as a customer, congratulated me on my choice and gave instructions to follow in case of storm warnings, what more could you ask for! The trampoline has not yet been taken out of its packaging because the weather was too bad, installation is planned for next week...
High quality product meeting the announced specifications. Delivery on time.
Trampoline of very high quality, installation instructions not always very clear but we manage with a bit of logic! Takes 2 good hours to assemble. The whole family is delighted!!!
Fast and 'secured' delivery... Great. The kids spend many hours since the assembly and are THRILLED to have the biggest, the most beautiful (and I, the safest) in the neighborhood...
Good product, quite easy to assemble even alone. So far no problems. Fast delivery.
Nothing to complain about, neither on the delivery nor on the product which meets my expectations
Very happy with my purchase and the customer service was great (for the plastic end sent immediately)
Everything is perfect: order tracking, delivery, trampoline quality. Really a site to recommend!
Very good material conforming to the order and my expectations Impeccable delivery Thank you
Nothing to say, very serious.
Material conforms to the order, the chosen trampoline is very satisfactory. It arrived perfectly packaged and protected. We are delighted to have chosen this site which is very serious and very responsive. We highly recommend it!!!
Nothing particular to report. The delivery of the package dates back a few weeks. I could have been more precise in the days that followed.
The merchandise arrived on time, in accordance with what we expected. The site provided enough information to make the right choice (size...).
Nothing to complain about: fast delivery and compliant with the order.
Very good, we are not disappointed with the product. Delivery ok. Tb
Entire customer satisfaction. High quality product. Customer contact perfectly reassuring.
Very good quality trampoline. Great effort to deliver on the desired date.
Perfect! Delivery without problems, trampoline quality superior to the competition. Small defect on the net but excellent handling by customer service.
perfect, fast, inexpensive and meets my expectations. thank you
Excellent telephone reception and great attention is paid to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this site! Moreover, the provided material is of excellent quality and the assembly instructions are very clear; well done!
Top
Super, nothing else to say.
Very good!!
Too bad to have to help the delivery person carry the material... Especially with 2 small children in the house, it's complicated. However, very good product and very good commercial service. Fast delivery.
The delivery went normally as planned. From the time I placed my order until delivery, everything went very well.
Efficiency and speed. A serious site
Excellent
We are delighted with our purchase. It's a real quality product. The only downside is that the delivery service makes an appointment but does not respect the schedule. We had to reschedule for the next day. Beyond this slight delay, the product brings joy to the whole family.
I had to order spare parts after a storm... Impeccable listening No unnecessary parts Honestly, absolutely nothing to complain about!
very good welcome, well advised, I even suggested to promote your business within my football club I gave 4 stars because we can always improve a little
Excellent.
The delivery was well done
Satisfied in every way, quality and robust material, easy assembly, careful and fast delivery, impeccable after-sales service. I bought a jump'up of 3.90m two years ago for my two daughters, it stays outside all year without any problem, just a wipe down from time to time and it's ready for jumping again. In January 2016 during a violent gust of wind, it turned over even though I had never taken the time to secure the trampoline, as a result, the net bars got bent and the fiberglass arch broke. I just had to call customer service to order the replacement parts and reassemble everything. Having spare parts nowadays is not to be neglected...
Impeccable
The delivery went very well and the trampoline was as per our choice.
I ordered spare parts for my trampoline which was damaged due to a storm. The service is really of high quality just like the material.
Delivery on time, product as described, very good product that makes my little girls happy. Only small downside, the strap attachments are too fragile.
Very good quality goods
Impeccable service. Good material, serious order tracking and quality delivery
Good advice. And very fast.
It makes our little ones happy, as well as the parents and even the grandparents!!
Quality product and fast shipping!
order of a protective net: nothing to complain about. Direct delivery to my grandsons' home. Nothing to report! No problem.
Trampoline delivered on time. Easy assembly, quality material. To see over time. I recommend the France trampoline site.
Good service. Very good quality
Reactive company and competent telephone advice listening to the specifications. Perfect!
We ordered a 4m30 trampoline and we are satisfied with our purchase. The assembly instructions are quite clear. However, the protections on the pillars are not mentioned in the instructions and we realized this once finished, but nothing too bothersome. However, after assembly, we noticed that one pillar end was broken. But I can't say if it was broken before assembly because we did not check the parts. Good purchase.
