Fast and efficient service, very good management of my order, if the case arises I would recommend this site to friends.
The order and delivery: perfect!!!!
Delay and quality of the trampoline: everything is perfect!
Well-packaged parcel. Quality material.
It's a shame that shipping costs are not proportional to the order: I paid 13€ while I only needed a few springs... Otherwise very good!
Good product and good service
Good quality product.
Trampoline faithful to what was announced. Easy and well-explained assembly. Super quality for now. To see in use. Perfect delivery. Nothing to complain about.
Delivery within the announced deadlines.
Very good site, very good products.
Excellent product of very good quality that can only satisfy us for now.
Well received on time, good communication with the seller... responded to both our emails and our phone call.... very friendly for the trampoline of great quality compared to the previous one, my daughter spends a lot of time on it, with or without her friends. It is big; she loves it. We have had it for a short time, let's see over time.
Trampoline of very good quality and nice. Impeccable transport in less than a week.
High-quality trampoline for athletes, budding gymnasts.
fast. solid. we will see the wear over time.
The delivery was fast and in accordance with the expected deadline. The product is compliant and of good quality.
Very good quality compliant with the description. The only downside is the purchase price, but it is a good investment in my opinion and it's ***!
Appointment scheduling + delivery OK.
We made a request to buy a fiber arc to hold the net. We had a delivery error "wrong diameter", we called immediately and they delivered another surround very quickly. Just a big thank you for their responsiveness and kindness.
Spare parts easy to find and fast shipping. I am generally satisfied.
Very good
Perfect delivery, on the scheduled date and time slot. Completely satisfied with the product and the delivery.
Very good service delivered on time
Delivery within the deadlines. Assembly is simple and takes place within the indicated time. Very good jumping quality.
Good quality material and respect for deadlines. I recommend this site and its products.
Perfect and of good quality
Everything was perfect
Very good as always. At first, one thinks that 15€ for delivery is expensive, but afterwards, the service is there. Impeccable delivery with a text message for choosing delivery times and even the possibility of changing the address (neighbor). Perfect and compliant material. Best regards.
There was an error in the delivered products. I had to call customer service and there the 'small' problem was well managed.
Hello, Thank you for your feedback and as you may have noticed, we are very responsive to customer service. We apologize for the inconvenience caused during the first delivery. We did everything possible to deliver the correct item as a replacement within a few hours. We remain at your disposal if needed. The France Trampoline team.
The delivery times were respected, but the boxes were damaged without the material being affected. For assembly, it is necessary to be two; otherwise, it’s a hassle, otherwise good material to recommend.
Hello, we do indeed recommend having 2 people to assemble the trampoline, as stated in the leisure trampoline assembly guide. Sometimes, skilled DIYers manage to assemble it alone, but it is easier with 2 people. The France Trampoline team.
Good service and fast delivery.
Impeccable service, customer care, speed, and quality
Excellent
Excellent service! Fast delivery as expected, very easy and quick assembly for an adult and an 11-year-old child, happy to help. I had to buy a soft material to place under the feet of the trampoline (as it was placed on a hard surface). Perhaps a recommendation on what to put and where to buy it would have helped me.
For several years, I have been ordering from France Trampoline. I have always been satisfied with the services, otherwise I would not order again. Thank you.
Very fast shipping. Easy and clear assembly despite a few small things to review.
Excellent, in every way.
Everything very well
Nothing to complain about. My little girl is very happy to be able to play with her friends on her trampoline for her birthday. All good, thank you.
Competent and respectful customer service. Upon delivery, the trampoline had been damaged (tear) during transport, a new trampoline was sent to me promptly. Good material, you can order without surprises from this company.
Delivery, packaging, and product quality impeccable and easy assembly
I have always found good and friendly reception when I called you = Thank you!
I was listened to, thank you.
good
Nothing to complain about. Material conforms to my order and in impeccable condition.
Big delivery problems. Delivery canceled 2 times in a row on the day of
Hello Madam, We were not informed of this delivery problem. We are requesting justification from the carrier so that this does not happen again. Indeed, once the delivery is fixed for a day and a 2-hour time slot, the DPD carrier now respects the delivery time. We are surprised by such an inconvenience and we remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Trampoline *** Assembly quite easy with 2 people. The children (and also the adults!) are starting to get their bearings. The product seems to be of good quality.
I am completely satisfied with both the ease of ordering and the delivery conditions and time.
very good product easy to assemble, we have a blast with the kids. Thank you trampoline France.
