good value for money. Very fast delivery
nothing to say, help from the carrier to carry the package because very heavy and delivery on the scheduled dates.
Very good phone contact that facilitated the operation
delivery on time even for Christmas, good quality some assembly difficulties it's better to have several people but apart from that everything is ok
Quality supply and impeccable transport
very good quality but little feedback for now as we have not assembled it for long. The assembly is not simple despite the instructions. Plan to be 2
The trampoline was delivered on the scheduled date. The product matches exactly the description on the website. It would be really perfect if there were assembly videos of the products on the site.
good evening I am more than delighted with your service as well as the correspondence between you and me either by email or by phone always listening and especially following our order before and after the ease of payment and technical information and
Very good
My order went very well, they were very responsive a few days before Christmas to ensure we received our package on time. The sales team called me back very quickly after my order to explain the delivery terms. Very professional and available team... We can’t wait for winter to end so we can set up our trampoline, but if the quality of the product is comparable to the seriousness of this company, we should not be disappointed.
I received all the items as announced. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the trampoline whose springs break almost daily to the point that I can no longer use it. I still have 2 broken springs, even after repairing the others. I weigh 68kg and I practice every day for 10 minutes doing jumps of 15cm maximum, jumping in the middle of the trampoline... I am very surprised by this failure. What can I do?
The skirt is of good width, better filled than the one from the product purchased 3 years ago, the cover seems solid. Delivery was made within good time.
Very satisfied with the product, it looks really solid and reliable. I bought it because a friend has had it at her place for 2 years and nothing to report, and also very good telephone reception. I recommend this trampoline.
Very good
quick handling of the order, fast delivery, excellent quality product. However, a cover was ordered at the same time as the trampoline, and 3 months later it still hasn't arrived!

Excellent service: thoughtful and personalized advice by phone, deadlines respected, quality of delivery, quality of items. The user manual is practical even if it could be more explicit on certain points (assembly of the ladder, assembly of the fiber rods).
very satisfied with the services offered. fast delivery of purchased products, accessibility and listening on the phone. Great quality of products on which we can change certain parts if they are damaged at any time. I recommend this site
very good product, easy to attach to the trampoline
Impeccable service
Everything went well. Trampoline with very good finishes
Excellent product. The children are delighted and play safely. We took the 4.60 so the friends and neighbors are many on the trampoline.
very good product. thank you
We had a bit of trouble finishing the assembly of the upper circle of the trampoline with the instructions provided, but consulting the website was very explicit and clear.
The children are having a blast on this trampoline! You can really see the difference between the much cheaper models from other brands and this one. It is super sturdy and the children jump super high on it. We took 1 hour and 30 minutes to assemble it together. The only downside... the small hooks that are supposed to keep the safety net taut under the trampoline, they are plastic and not sturdy. We have already broken 3 after 1 week of use. Otherwise, it was a very expensive trampoline, but it is quality so we are very satisfied.
Service and quality material. I recommend!
very good service
Fast and efficient, I am completely satisfied with the telephone reception as well as the delivery of my spare parts.
All good, nothing to say
Product quite expensive but of very good quality (finally a trampoline cover that doesn't turn into a pool at the first rain) and delivered in record time. Highly recommended without restriction.
nothing to report good trampoline. small problem with the box cracked and repaired with tape. so had to check everything.
Trampoline as well as quality after-sales service. Very satisfied
Beautiful material and appreciated payment in installments. Just one thing: the title of the withdrawals is strange, the amount of the withdrawals following the first one is not mentioned.
Fast delivery, quality product. I do not regret my purchase!
Serious and fast shipping with an explicit and detailed assembly booklet. Quality material very appreciated.
Perfect customer service, the plastic hooks that were breaking were replaced very quickly. Very responsive and available.
Very satisfied. Very good quality cover. A very good customer service. Best regards.
we are very happy with our trampoline
perfect
Very good site, French product of very good finish, good customer service, very fast delivery. I recommend this site and its services.
Good contact with the shipping service. 3 hours of assembly, no problems. Quality product.
Always delighted to have called upon your services again, a year ago we bought a 240 m trampoline from you, our budding jumper quickly got bored, she wanted to experiment with flips. Our garden allowing us to accommodate an Ovali, we recently purchased this trampoline of a different shape and size. With the wise advice of your advisor, we were as always very well: received; listened to; guided... Long live family jumps and flips. We are eagerly and impatiently waiting for the nice days. Thank you France Trampoline.
Very good
Flawless service with flexibility for a modification of the initial order and the additional payment by bank transfer. Timely transport and well-marked order tracking from the order acknowledgment (then the addition), the preparation notice, handover to the carrier. Notice from the latter of the different positions of the package until the agreed delivery by phone call from the delivery person.
product conforms to good quality
following delivery issues, I was refunded the costs. phone contact with customer service excellent very pleasant and very available. quality product
The quality of the service and the material from France trampoline is equal to the flexibility and generosity of the rebounds offered by its trampolines... The optional roof gives it a look of a country music kiosk, pleasant to the eye, and for discussions followed by naps... thank you.
Excellent seller
Order of spare parts by phone. Very welcoming, easy to do, and delivered in a few days. Great!
Product meets my expectations, careful delivery. Very good quality trampoline.
The assembly instructions could be clearer. Best regards
