No problem, very good service at all levels
Good
I received excellent advice from a competent and pleasant person during a phone call. I ordered on the site without any issues. The delivery was on time and in accordance with the order. We installed the equipment following the instructions. It seems to be of good quality and the little children were and are still delighted. What more could you ask for?
Very satisfied
Excellent quality trampoline, problem with the net attachment that was resolved quickly.
Very good. Order placed Wednesday afternoon, package received Friday morning. Nothing to say, it's perfect.
Very good welcome by phone, delivery times respected, material compliant and of quality
Everything was perfect. Bravo and thank you.
Price of accessories and spare parts too expensive!!!
Perfect service. Very friendly and professional phone reception.
Product of very good quality as well as the France trampoline team giving good advice
I was able to choose the delivery day and it went well even though we had to wait all day. A call to inform us of an estimated delivery time would be a plus (morning or afternoon without being ultra precise).
Impeccable. Professional and top-notch. As usual.
Very very good! Speed, home delivery, very good condition very good value for money
Very good product.
very beautiful product quality fast and compliant delivery
Net a bit tight, we can't stretch it everywhere to fit under the structure. Otherwise my son is having a blast and so am I
Fast and efficient. Very satisfied with the after-sales service.
Trampoline of very good quality. Fast and careful shipping. I recommend this product.
Everything perfect, from the website to the delivery
Very good
Meets expectations, good quality
Complete satisfaction, both for the proposed product and for the accuracy of the information provided. Fast and impeccable delivery.
Everything went very well: both the order, the delivery, and the assembly of the trampoline.
Very good product, my children are delighted
Trampoline received very quickly. Nothing to say
After a month of use, the trampoline meets our expectations. The delivery went well, the assembly too (we took 4 hours), everything seems to be of very good quality. The only downside is that the net needs to be changed every year... written recommendation on it. That can get expensive in maintenance...
Great trampoline, but it's a shame the ladder is not included!!! It's still quite a cost, we added some small equipment/material... Too bad!
Very good
The trampoline corresponds to what we expected. It is space-saving and its assembly was not difficult. The delivery went very well within a very short time. Now the children are waiting for nice weather to fully enjoy it! We would like to find a protective cover that completely covers the trampoline (mat and protective net) but apparently, this does not exist at France Trampoline.
Quality and speed, everything the consumer is looking for. Well done
Delivery within the announced deadlines without any degradation. Easy assembly, clear instructions. Product completely matching my wish. Adults and children happy (16 years, 14 years, and 7 years).
excellent provider
Quality, seriousness, speed!!!!
High-end service except for the refusal to offer the trampoline ladder (30 euros) after purchasing a trampoline and its protective cover worth 350 euros, come on!!!!
Very good
Not disappointed with the material, delivery was made on time. The possibility of paying in installments without fees, everything is correct and I am satisfied to have ordered from France Trampoline.
Great delivery service
Good equipment and very nice responsiveness
Very satisfied. Very professional and responsive service. Product of very good quality.
Good
Very fast delivery, the product is very good, just be careful with the opening of the net, otherwise very good product.
Perfect
Very good service and fast delivery
Fast shipping. Product as expected.
Very friendly phone reception. Very fast delivery. Article of very nice finish.
Super quality. Nothing to say about the material. However, a small downside for the delivery, the driver was not very strict with the hours, came in the morning when it was scheduled for the afternoon...
Satisfied overall, except the net was unstitched during installation (not very sturdy???) but the problem was quickly resolved. It was replaced after 3 days, their customer service is great, very serious and efficient. We'll see the wear over time.
We bought a trampoline and we are very satisfied with this product, it is easy to assemble, the quality of the materials is impeccable, I recommend it. The delivery was fast... my daughter and we are all happy. 👇😄
Excellent service both in ordering and delivery
