Very satisfied with the product as well as the delivery time respected!!!
very good customer service, fast delivery, very happy with our investment, good quality product
Quick order, very efficient young man as I did not know my identifiers. Small commercial gesture as my product was unavailable, very nice!!
Fast delivery on time, trampoline of very good quality!
delivery on time clean material and good assembly.
Excellent material, we will see how it ages. The delivery went well. The downside is the assembly which we had difficulties with. There were three of us and we spent much more time than what was announced and we had the computer at hand...
Impeccable
Great site, very good order tracking (phone call to confirm, etc...). Small downside on the packaging being a bit weak with certain products (heavy packages suffer during transport). Other than that, good quality of products, I recommend.
Delivery as expected and on time. After-sales service for assembly help available by phone and competent. And finally, very good quality trampoline. My children aged 12 and 14 are delighted.
Very serious and professional site, top telephone reception I recommend!!!
Good quality trampoline and fast delivery.
Trampoline 'Wow 360: High quality product, sturdy, suitable for rain (water drains off)
Very good phone reception, good advice. Impeccable delivery (small downside: only on weekdays and not in the evening). Quality trampoline. Assembly much more complex than in the video. That said, both children and adults are having fun.. I will not hesitate to recommend you.
very satisfactory
I am totally satisfied with the delivered product. Flawless delivery.
Fast order and shipment of the material, impeccable packaging as well as quality
Very good products and very good services!
Very good product
Delivery as expected without any problems. Easy assembly for one person. Good quality trampoline and safe for children. Pure happiness, thank you.
Very good quality trampoline at a reasonable price. Fast delivery and meets expectations. Pleasant and responsive customer service. Nothing to complain about!!!!
excellent quality product, serious site that I recommend
perfect meets my expectations, fast delivery
Very good services overall
Staff attentive to my needs: specific questions by phone, appropriate answers.
Super fast delivery, simple assembly but you need a "strong person" to stretch the fabric. Very happy with the product: children aged 6 and 12
Delivery of the expected product and on time. Simple assembly even if considering the size, 2 people and a few hours of work were necessary.
Absolutely excellent. This sales site is great
very satisfied
Whether for the purchase of the trampoline or recently for the purchase of spare parts: everything is perfect and very good material.
Delivery in accordance with the order. Only problem, the carrier did not show up at the agreed time. We had to agree on another date and another location with a 3-day delay. Totally satisfied with France trampoline products and customer service.
NOTHING TO SAY, VERY GOOD
Excellent value for money. The mini trampoline arrives assembled; you just have to screw on the legs. It can be easily stored upright against a wall.
Super quality. However, I find the "mat" a bit soft. But great material
satisfactory material, corresponding to our needs
Fast shipping. Perfect condition of the package.
good, but a plastic sleeve was missing from my previous order from summer 2015, paid for and never sent despite several requests

After checking your last order from May 2016, the preparation service confirms that they did include the missing sleeve last month. Did you not receive it? Delivery OK, packaging OK, assembly guide average, difficulties in sliding the foams onto the poles and covering them.
Excellent
Very good explanations on the site, and verification by phone, package arrives on time.
Nothing to complain about. Order processed quickly and delivery on time
Very good product and fast delivery
Very good for my two daughters. Very sturdy, they are very happy with it. Bought at the end of April 2016.
The products seem to be of good quality. The availability of some products needs to be reviewed (available in 3 months!).
Fast delivery, very good product, easy to assemble, solid, to be seen in use
Very happy with the ordered product, I recommend it. Excellent product.
