Good welcome and speed of the order. Well done
Quality product and perfect delivery service.
The sellers give good advice on the products but they encourage us to buy the most expensive trampolines. In the end, I do not regret my purchase, but the trampolines are really large.
Hello, We are pleased to see that the advice given by our sales representative has fully satisfied you. We hope that the Ovalie 490 trampoline will satisfy you for years to come. Regarding the price of the trampoline, we systematically offer models that match the needs (current and future) and the budget of our clients. We remain at your service. The France Trampoline team.
Happy
Fast delivery, the material seems to be of good quality.
shipping costs too expensive
Nothing to complain about, impeccable delivery, easy assembly, only... And happy child, except when it rains... Thank you
Delivered in 1 week, trampoline easy to assemble in 1h30, very happy children. The only downside, after a week, a permanent squeaking due to the springs that got damp as soon as there are children playing inside.
Excellent quality product like the rest only delivery time too long apparently due to stock shortage.....
Hello Madam, we are delighted to see that you appreciate the quality of our products. We do our utmost to provide you with quality material. Regarding the delivery, indeed at the time of your purchase, this item was out of stock for a few days, as indicated on the product sheet and in the cart. In any case, we remain at your disposal by phone if needed. The France Trampoline team.
Order delivered quickly and in accordance with the needs expressed by phone
Serious team, attentive to the order placed to avoid any potential errors in dimensions. Fast delivery. We are really satisfied.
The delivery person got stuck in my neighbor's driveway and broke 3 pine branches while reversing.
Hello Sir, we have taken your feedback into account. We apologize for the issue encountered with the delivery truck. Given the volume of our products, carriers must deliver in large trucks. The delivery personnel are conscientious, but small inconveniences can sometimes occur, like the one you mentioned. If needed, we remain at your disposal at 05 56 36 04 62 from Monday to Friday. The France Trampoline team.

We ordered a net for our trampoline. We are very satisfied with the product. I recommend your site, we had already placed an order about two years ago and were also very happy.

Perfectly satisfied with the delivery and the quality of the received product. Trusted site, nothing to complain about.
Superb delivery and material. Very serious company. Recommended if you want to buy a trampoline. One advice, buy an Appollo 500 rectangular, the largest, you won't regret your purchase given its space.
