Very happy with the trampoline!!!!
Deadline met, quality and conformity of the product.
Excellent, quick response and very friendly reply even though I made a handling error, error fixed without difficulty.
Efficient, attentive, fast, good quality thank you
Perfect timing. Perfect delivery. Perfect product.
Good reception of my order, nothing more to say. Thank you
Fast delivery
Quality product, quality service...and French!!!
Fast and efficient.
Very good delivery, well-packaged product, no defects, nothing to complain about.
Very good.
DELAYS A BIT LONG BUT HAD BEEN WARNED SO NOT DISAPPOINTED.
Perfect service as we would like to see more often. From the order taking on the internet (simple and efficient site) to the fast delivery. Thank you.
Following a strong gust of wind, I had to change a few upper half-poles of my "jump up 360" trampoline. I received them quite quickly. The only downside is that they are not quite identical to the originals. The new ones are a bit shorter (-7 cm) and there is no longer a locking system between the lower part and the upper part of the pole. Nevertheless, I was still able to install them on my trampoline and they serve their purpose correctly.
great seller, great product. Thank you!!
Top quality.
Everything went very well from ordering to delivery. Article of very good quality.
perfect, nothing to say, perfection is therefore of this world
nothing to say very good
Fast delivery. Good quality material. Too bad there is no advantageous pack including accessories (ladder, protective tarp, stakes).
Staff available quickly by phone and gave good advice. This helped me to choose the right trampoline that best suited my needs. Responsive and competent staff: I added an item at the time of order preparation without additional costs. Order delivered extremely quickly.
the merchandise is worth the selling price. Delivery without issue. site and products to recommend
quick reception, quality as expected.
nothing to say.
I am very happy with the product for now. I was very well guided for the assembly by a person on the phone to whom I sent photos of my trampoline and who advised me very well because I couldn't manage to put the safety net on and I didn't dare to pull on it to put it in place. Thank you! :)
The service guided me well in my steps to order the said item but I am very surprised that the quality of the item in question is so mediocre as it tore as if it had received a cutter blow, while I did not need to use this tool to unpack it and when I installed it, there was nothing.

59.90 for shoddy work is really too expensive for what it is

Perfect
Nothing to say, perfect service
Excellent quality product, efficient customer service, in short, fully satisfied with my order!
Two pole sleeves were missing from the delivery, after two complaints we received two sleeves, one of which was too long by 15 cm.
Hello Madam, We sincerely apologize for this preparation error regarding your pole protection sleeves. Please know that we have reported this information to our preparation service so that it does not happen again. It would have been really annoying if the received sleeve was too short. We remain at your disposal at 05 56 36 04 62 from Monday to Friday if you need information. The France Trampoline team.
Quick phone information, easy order and reception within 3 days. Product conforms to the description. Perfect!
Good responsiveness and good follow-up following my request for a fast delivery. Tape on the package placed on the edge of the ordered trampoline: removing the tape leaves marks on the edge of the trampoline.
Everything was perfect. Thank you very much. Sincere regards.
Perfect delivery and product. A small downside: the assembly. No assembly booklet.
the trampoline is of excellent quality, the children are delighted. However, the foot attachments broke after a week. I do not recommend this product!
perfect
Very good materials, super trampoline. The delivery was done without any problems. The only downside, and not the least, is the quality of the assembly instructions. They are unclear and not very detailed. Nevertheless, our 4.6 m diameter trampoline is indeed in our garden for everyone's enjoyment.
High quality products and nice and original accessories for trampolines. The delivery by carrier is great
good responsiveness and availability
very good delivery
Delivery on the scheduled day. Correct packaging and well-protected product. Product meets requirements
Impeccable.
Missing package at delivery, delivered in 24 hours following my call. Very good telephone reception
a bit long delay
Perfect service: call to choose the delivery time, the delivery person even agreed to call me a few minutes from my home, he stored the box where I asked him to... And trampoline that makes my children happy...
Good product, springs a bit noisy: they squeak! Easy assembly and serious manufacturing. Delivery without issues and within the indicated times.
everything is OK
Very efficient and responsive customer service.
Hello, Nothing to complain about the product. Excellent quality faithful to the presentation on the site. Only downside, the delivery: late delivery compared to what was announced on the site. Unpleasant delivery person...
