Really quality product!
Product conforms to the description and the photo. Very fast delivery. I recommend.
Trampoline ***. Good quality, clear instructions, fast delivery. But: The top arch of the net comes off the ends of the poles with each use. The fastening should be reinforced, for example, with a strap.
Good service. Thank you and good continuation.
Order of an Oval trampoline 4.30m, the shipping was very fast. I did the assembly alone, maybe some small modifications to be made in the instructions. The children and adults have a lot of fun.
Trampoline of excellent quality; To see over time, but for now, it holds up quite well against the assaults of my 2 boys! However, the "door" of the trampoline could use improvements (closure rather than Velcro and carabiners)
speed of delivery, good packaging very good quality of products
Thank you to France trampoline, good product received quickly. Completely satisfied.
Very good product. Very fast order. Great ease in contacting the carrier. My three children are really happy. Very good quality.
Excellent quality material. Completely satisfied.
Very good reception by phone and precise information about the material. The processing of the order was a bit long, but the arrival of the package was well scheduled, at the expected time. The material fits very well.
Trampoline arrived on time at my daughter's place. My grandchildren are delighted.
Fast and careful delivery. Very good quality product.
Quality product in line with the description and impeccable service. Bravo and good continuation.
Nothing to complain about, delivery and service impeccable. Product meets my expectations, very good telephone advice.

Excellent, professionals who know their products perfectly, good advice.
Delivery in the TPS, trampoline conforms to the description and is of good quality, the assembly is very well detailed which allowed me to assemble it alone, I recommend.
Fast delivery, scheduled time respected.
Top products. Top service. Top website. Top delivery and top after-sales service. What more can I say?
Very satisfied with my online purchase: fast, efficient delivery was made with an appointment set by the provider; the product meets my expectations and I will return to France Trampoline if I have needs. I recommend this provider.
compliant delivery. Announced carrier arrived within a one-hour window
Very good, on time and helpful.
Excellent service I recommend you. Magnificent trampoline!!! And original....
Speed of processing for the order and delivery made within the expected time. The carrier contacts to set the appointment. Quality of the product is impeccable. I recommend France Trampoline to my acquaintances.
Trampoline of very good quality. Serious and fast shipping.
Very good quality product received quickly.
Delivery made on time, good quality fabric, in line with our expectations.
The package suffered damage for the first time, resulting in non-delivery. France Trampoline reacted well because as soon as they were informed, they sent out a second delivery which this time was delivered without damage. Delivery times were longer than expected.
Very good!
Regarding the part, no problem, but concerning delivery, paying €12 to be delivered a week later is a bit frustrating (for a 48h delivery). Regards.
Hello, we have received your feedback on the ground fixation kit and we appreciate that the item meets your expectations. You ordered on May 31 and we handed your package to the carrier on June 1, 2016. The delivery person tried to deliver to you on Friday, June 3, according to the request you made on the carrier's website, which allows you to select a date and time slot for delivery. You were apparently not available on the agreed date, so the carrier returned to deliver to you the following Monday. Our carrier does not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays, in order to keep transport costs to a minimum. We remain at your disposal if you have any questions. The France Trampoline team.
Good telephone advice, product in stock, fast delivery (3 days), correct instructions, accessories very expensive considering the quality (ladder, anchoring...) ground fixation is mandatory, but there is no ideal solution, the kit guarantees nothing, only time will tell if we are right or not!!
Hello, we thank you for your positive feedback on the trampoline and its safety net. We are sorry to hear that the ordered accessories do not fully satisfy you. We would like to clarify that the ground fixation kit is not mandatory but recommended if the trampoline is placed in a windy area. Regarding the ladder, it is equipped with wide steps so that children can access the trampoline easily and without hurting their feet (as is often the case with ladders that have rungs as steps). Please know that we remain at your disposal from Monday to Friday if you have any questions. The France Trampoline team.
I particularly appreciated your team's call to verify that the dimensions were correct to avoid a possible return. Fast delivery as a bonus, it's perfect.
Simply perfect!
Trampoline of very good quality. The assembly with 2 people took much longer than the 1h30 indicated in the guide (over 3 hours with 2 people), it's better to know that. Everything else is absolutely perfect. Thank you.
too bad we cannot order certain parts individually (e.g.: spacers for fixing protective net poles)
The delivery was very fast which is pleasant because the children could no longer use the trampoline without the net.
Very good.
Very good service. Quality trampoline.
Easy order, perfect tracking, fast delivery and perfectly fitting part 10/10
A phone call just before the order because I was not sure of the reference of the part and a customer service worthy of the name!!!
we received a product perfectly identical to our order. The quality of the product is evident. all technical characteristics are well explained on the site, making the choice of model easy. Thank you.
VERY GOOD PRODUCT AND QUALITY. REACTIVE COMPANY AT THE SLIGHTEST ISSUE. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
Excellent
Very good service
Very good
nothing to report
Order received very quickly. Quality trampoline that seems durable. However, be careful with the fragility of some plastic attachments of the protective net. For the rest, no issues.
Fast and compliant delivery
delivery on time and product in good condition.
