Very good product Fast delivery and very well informed by customer service
Perfect!
I went to *** at France Trampoline and was very well received.. to purchase a new cover with the model... right away the person was able to give me a price and inform me that I would receive the new cover at my home on Île de Ré by transport within 48 hours.. for minimal shipping costs... the deadlines were respected and there was no issue installing the new cover. I recommend this company and commend its seriousness, which is quite rare these days.
Quality material, easy and precise assembly instructions, friendly telephone service, and fast delivery time. The children love it. The only small downside is that it is not easy when two people are working to have a delivery time slot of half a day or even a day, but that's another story.
Optimal delivery service, perfect after-sales service. Amazing trampoline both in terms of bounce and overall quality of the product. Really an investment worth making
very happy with my order
Very good quality
Nothing to complain about, very satisfied
hello disappointed to have received the trampoline without checking it, a twisted bracket and all the hooks holding the net were breaking one after the other. After calling, we were told that there were new standards and that they were replaced by steel hooks. Why not have done this before delivering it to us? Now everything is back in order and the children are happy.
Hello, we apologize for the inconveniences caused by the hooks of the safety net. As you may have noticed, we sent you replacement parts within 48 hours and your children are still enjoying the trampoline for many years. If you need anything, we remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
Perfect, delivery on time and in accordance with the order. I recommend!
Very good service Very good material Nothing to say
Excellent
quality product and customer service. fast delivery.
Ordered the day before, delivered the next day
Correct.
Hello, we have taken your feedback into account regarding the purchase of a jumping mat for a trampoline with a diameter of 2.44m and which has 48 attachments for 140mm springs. Please note that we have added a reinforcement strap under the attachments of each triangle and that your jumping mat will not tear. Hoping that you appreciated this important detail for the quality of your purchase, we remain at your disposal. The France Trampoline team.
The trampoline was delivered very quickly and on time according to our expectations. Ordered on Sunday, delivered on Saturday. All ordered parts were present. The instructions, although not very detailed, were sufficient to carry out the assembly which took us about 3 hours for 2 people. Best regards
Nothing to say. Order, delivery everything went well!
very fast delivery time (3 days)
Attention serious site!! Material more expensive than those found on the web but we have a significantly superior quality (thickness of the posts, size and thickness of the protections, seriousness of the assembly). Knowing that this is still a risky leisure activity, I do not want to make a bad economy on quality. But it is also a fun leisure activity and here too, the difference with competitors: size and number of springs that provide a really pleasant bounce. In short, a purchase I hesitated over for a long time but for which I have no regrets. My daughters (7 and 12 years old) are glued to it for several hours a day and I take my turn whenever I can. One downside regarding the documentation which is largely improvable (and sometimes even laughable) but nothing that cannot be overcome with a bit of common sense and patience. I highly recommend it.
Hello, I still haven't assembled the trampoline. My children are coming for the holidays with my little girls. They will do the assembly. Certainly very soon. My little girls are eager to come to Brittany (for the trampoline)....Best regards. ***
Hello Madam, we are delighted to see that you have received your order and that the assembly will be done by your children during the holidays. Everything seems to be going well, but we do not understand why you rated us 1 star out of 5. If you wish to change your rating, you can request it by email so that the independent company Ekomi can send you a link to update your comment. Regarding the upcoming assembly, you can advise your children to visit our video page to watch our assembly videos. We remain at your complete disposal for any questions. The France Trampoline team.
Quality trampoline++ Serious delivery.
Excellent quality of the trampoline. Very fast delivery. All very positive!
Nothing to complain about, everything went well
Perfect except the packaging of the order was more than average!
Very fast delivery, well-packaged product. Product perfectly corresponds to the description and is of good quality. Very satisfied with my purchase.
For the order tracking and reception at home, everything went well, however I sent two emails regarding questions about the weight announced on the site and the weight of the trampoline received, and the response I received did not convince me. On the other hand, regarding the assembly of the trampoline, there is one step that is not very clear in the manual concerning the assembly of the frame cushion and the attachment with springs underneath!! photos A and B.. The assembly of the textile net on the posts is not very easy and the tension is not necessarily balanced. Otherwise, the users themselves are fully satisfied with the trampoline.
Hello Madam, we apologize if our explanations provided by email did not seem clear enough. We have asked the sales representative in contact with you to get back to you on this matter. Regarding the assembly instructions, we thank you for your feedback. We have forwarded it to our management to improve this point. We are delighted to see that the Jump'Up trampoline is fully satisfying for your children. If you have any questions, please know that we are at your complete disposal. The France Trampoline team.

Correct delivery
Once the product was available and in stock, the sending and delivery were done quickly. When I contacted France Trampoline for information about the status of my order, I received very quick responses. Oval trampoline 4.30 of good quality with a very good bounce that allows our son to complete his club training at home. The assembly is ultimately quite simple.
Everything went well. Very good welcome and reception.
Easy navigation on the site. Very reasonable prices.
Very satisfied, order delivered within the indicated time and good contact with the advisor, just a few details that could be improved which are inconsequential, I highly recommend this item and I am available to suggest ideas. Best regards.
Excellent quality trampoline. Impeccable customer service. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Very serious company. To recommend.
Thank you to the team that managed my order. They kindly informed me that I had made a mistake and corrected it to deliver the right part corresponding to the trampoline I had purchased. This initiative is quite rare and deserves to be highlighted. Thank you again.
Order and delivery went according to the conditions announced by France Trampoline. The information provided for assembly is clear and very precise but must be followed scrupulously (video and guides). The different elements constituting the trampoline are of quality. Let's hope to enjoy it for as long as possible (parents, children, and grandchildren...)
Delivery on time and complete without any issues.
A serious company, very attentive to its customers, selling quality equipment, I regularly recommend France Trampoline to my acquaintances.
Trampoline of poor quality, hook ripped off at the first jump, I had another one before that lasted 7 years outside all year without being covered, this one is already cracking, I do not recommend this product to anyone.
Hello Sir, We apologize for the issue encountered with the plastic carabiners. We will send you new steel carabiners so that this does not happen again and you can use the trampoline with complete peace of mind. Our safety net is very tight on the trampoline for safety reasons and must be properly installed. Does your net go all the way around the protective pad? Is it well distributed under the entire trampoline? Could you send us a global photo of your trampoline so that we can check your installation? We renew our apologies for this inconvenience. The France Trampoline team.
Superb trampoline delivered very quickly. Customer service feedback top: order confirmation, immediate delivery info/tracking, speed and simplicity to obtain the invoice.... Assembly info very clear, simple assembly. Excellent quality trampoline. In short, all positive! Thank you to the entire France Trampoline team!
Carrier who came without an appointment calling in front of my house. And also made unpleasant remarks because I did not answer the phone immediately, trampoline of good quality.
