very good, no problem
Trampoline of very good quality. Delivery done without issues. But the big ones wouldn't have more fun than the little ones.... I recommend.
Very good

Order delivered within the expected timeframe
Great welcome, very good advice and fast delivery
Fast service but your delivery provider delivered the package to the correct number but from the neighboring street... Fortunately, the person forwarded it.....
Perfect
Fast, efficient, and very good quality.
Excellent contact and efficiency.
Very good value for money for this trampoline. It takes half a day to assemble (the instructions are very clear). I am very happy with this trampoline, both children and adults can use it and everyone is satisfied!
We appreciated being called back to confirm our dimensions; the contact was very friendly;
Friendly and delivered on the right date!
Very good order tracking and punctual delivery! Thank you
Quality material, which brings complete satisfaction.
Quality material and very easy to order on the site. Despite the price that held us back, we are not disappointed. The kids love it, thank you.
Hello, after a very disastrous experience with a trampoline (family range) from a competing brand (not to name it "***"), where I had many problems: - Deception regarding the merchandise compared to the dimensions of the trampoline tubes, - Snags on the jumping mat - Protective cover with lots of paint marks and way too small. - Safety net too tight as it is impossible to close all the hooks of the door. - The arch holding the top of the net easily detaches from the plastic sleeves of the posts (lack of safety). - And finally, an incompetent customer service, not at the service of the customer and who does not question itself. Following these inconveniences, we switched to France trampoline (booster range), and we are very satisfied because everything is impeccable. We just had a small issue with the protective cushions and after contacting customer service (with photo proof), they quickly sent us another cushion. In conclusion, the customer service was very attentive to the issues encountered with the competing brand, they informed and reassured us well regarding their product and the after-sales service is responsive. We recommend without hesitation to any future customer.
Excellent
Good quality trampoline.
Order delivered according to the announced deadline. Only small downside: the delivery person was alone to deliver a 120 kg pallet. I had clearly stated on the phone that our street was very steep. Fortunately, there were people at home. Everyone pitched in, but if I had been alone, it would have been problematic.
very good
Very good quality products. Relatively easy to assemble. My children are having a blast on the trampoline! Highly recommend.
Thanks to the wise advice of the seller, my children can enjoy their trampoline again: Thank you!
Fast delivery and excellent quality product. However, since the weight of the tubes is significant, France Trampoline should provide thicker packaging. Our package was torn open but all parts were present.
Very good after-sales support!
Very serious site, available, pleasant and competent staff, deadlines respected, products well packaged, no problem regarding delivery.
Very good purchase, fast delivery. Quality trampoline.
Order by phone, efficient service, fast shipping except for the carrier who lost the pallet. France trampoline reshipped my order even before knowing where the previous one was. Thank you. The Jump'up trampoline is of excellent quality with gray material in the design for the joy and safety of our two daughters aged 3 and 6.
Super trampoline. Purchase of spare parts possible. Perfect phone reception.
Order, delivery, follow-up all at the top of the trampoline!!!
Honestly, a super service with quality material and a great delivery service on time, which is rare these days. Thank you.
Very high shipping costs.
Hello, the entire order delivery went well, best regards ***
Very good products, easy to assemble
Excellent transaction. Excellent quality product, very good customer follow-up. Fast shipping and precise delivery date. The use of the trampoline is very appreciated. Product purchased through word of mouth. I can only recommend it in turn.
Nothing to say.
Trampoline meets my expectations. Delivery time respected. Problem of deformation on 3 springs after 3 months of use. Customer service was very responsive and quickly sent me a replacement under warranty. Very serious company.
Items ordered well packaged. One of the items has a defect, it will be replaced upon photos. Impeccable service. Thank you
Very pleasant and friendly delivery person
Very solid and high-performance material with easy assembly (finally in French) - as for the delivery, great cooperation between the delivery person and my son-in-law - thank you for everything, proving that it is possible to buy French and be happy - best regards
Did not receive the ladder and the fixing kit... but you sent them to me for free. However, no news about the protective cover....
Hello, we thank you for this review. Our sales service will contact you regarding the shipment of the protective cover and send it to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your loyalty! The France Trampoline Team
Friendly and well-informed contact person on the phone. And fast delivery.
Fast delivery of the ordered spare parts. Some "attachments" were missing, which were delivered quickly after the complaint. Perfect
Order compliant and delivered quickly
Deliveries compliant, no problem with the product packaging.
Perfect phone reception, very attentive. There is just a difference between what your customer service says about delivery and what the delivery service says. You = possibility of delivery in the morning or afternoon. Delivery service = impossible to say either morning or afternoon, only during the day. Everything ended well anyway.
