Fast delivery, well packaged. The jumping mat is of very good quality with excellent bounce. Happy to have trusted you.
I am still missing the foot trampoline which is set and was not in the delivery!
Delivery on time without any problems. The product meets our expectations, especially regarding the quality of the materials and the bounce of the mat. We are therefore very satisfied with this trampoline.
Everything went well
very competent and fast
Quality product. Delivery circuit well identified. Just missing the confirmation that the missing product will indeed be delivered as indicated when ordering. But no confirmation in the order summary.
Order placed, the next day a call from customer service, confirmation of measurements (my trampoline is special) adjustment of the order. Very fast delivery, well done and keep it up...
The spare part protective mat meets our expectations for safety and quality, satisfied with our purchase.
Delivery on time. Trampoline easy to assemble that looks very sturdy and of good quality. Very efficient phone reception.
Very satisfied
Shipping is a bit expensive but the trampoline is great.
Very good site, very good material, very good welcome by phone.
The ordered jumping mat arrived faster than expected, the next day. Since I only need to install it in 9 months, I sent you an email to ask if it was preferable to store it unfolded. I received an immediate positive response. I am therefore very satisfied and have already sent you clients. Best regards. ***
Trampoline ordered not available within the deadlines. We were offered a larger trampoline for the same price. It's hard not to be very satisfied with this approach. Moreover, the order tracking is very detailed through messaging and human contacts are not neglected. Top customer service.
Ok for the trampoline but I'm still waiting for the anchoring kit.
Hello, we have taken your feedback regarding the trampoline into account and we are pleased to see that the trampoline suits you. Regarding the ground fixing kit, it will be sent at the end of September as indicated on the website when you placed your order. The France Trampoline team.
The trampoline is of excellent quality. I hope it will last over time. Easy assembly with two people and the bounce is very pleasant and powerful.
Material of very good quality. Easy assembly.
Efficient delivery, clear and simple installation manual ... of course, you need to be two, and count on someone strong to carry out certain operations. I wouldn't have managed alone with the springs. The trampoline is beautiful and very bouncy, I enjoy it every evening: a happy mom, a teenager, and a child!
Very satisfied with the order of a new net. Very fast delivery, and the information provided over the phone was precise. Very professional phone reception.
super purchase and very fast. thank you
good product, simple assembly, the children are delighted. To see on longevity...
very good phone reception, fast shipping of the package, product conforms to the presentation on the site. All positive
Very poor phone reception

Respondent via email courteous and quick. Fast delivery. Serious service, thank you.
france trampoline is very professional; perfect
Very serious. Thank you
It is a good product well secured for children. Too bad the anchoring kit is missing and that the delay is so long to receive it (1 month). The trampoline can serve both small and large and keeps all its promises!!!
Perfect ... as usual, product that seems very robust delivered express ... Thank you!
the service was satisfactory, the package delivered on time. No particular problem.
Fast and efficient service. Totally satisfied. I recommend. William
ok for receiving the package in very good condition, if possible the delivery person could perhaps specify delivery in the morning or afternoon
very good site very easy to use. Delivered on time with a call for delivery then confirmed by text. However, still waiting for the rest of my order and no information on this subject.
An error occurred in the order: missing products. The error was corrected as soon as reported and efficiently.
Good service in time and quality
Very satisfactory, my trampoline is like new. Fortunately, however, I called, otherwise I would have bought a model that was not suitable.
Fast, precise and commercial. Replacement parts are still a bit expensive.
I really liked the confirmation emails. You feel supported. I am very happy with the trampoline. Good quality. One spring was not engaged but I managed to fix the problem myself.
perfect
SATISFIED WITH THE PURCHASE AND THE PHONE WELCOME
the products meet my expectations and arrived quickly but the shipping costs were excessive (***euros)
Very good, no problem.
Fast and efficient
Very good nothing to say about the speed of delivery
Very good handling, follow-up and delivery
I am completely satisfied, very professional approach I received a call before sending my order to check if the right elements for my trampoline had been ordered; very professional. My delivery was quick and on time.... Thank you for your professionalism.
Very pleasant phone contact to help with product selection. The OVALIE 430 trampoline perfectly meets our expectations. The robustness and quality of the assemblies are there. No doubt about the longevity of the trampoline. Ordered on Tuesday 16/08 and top delivery on Friday 19/08. The assembly is very well described. Moreover, the videos on the site, very useful, allow you to appropriate it in advance (5 hours of assembly alone). I highly recommend.
Fast deliveries and super quality trampoline, the kids and adults were overjoyed.
Very good
Everything went very well. Fast and efficient delivery.
