Order deadlines respected. Products well packaged.
Excellent product, fast delivery, the kids are delighted!
my request was quickly understood and processed. a perfect service just like the merchandise!!
2 orders placed by phone... I only had to deal with specially efficient and friendly people. The only downside is that the transport cost (to Corsica) is sometimes higher than the order amount. I recommend without hesitation
Very good
Order processing was quick. Small downside, I received another customer's order instead of mine, but they did what was necessary to have it on time for my daughter's birthday. Very good product! (trampoline jump'up 250).
Trampoline meets our expectations, delivery: very good. Thank you.
Fast delivery, quality trampoline

Super telephone reception .... very very very friendly and efficient! Order tracking and delivery: without a hitch !!!!! A seriousness that is confirmed! Don't change anything! Thank you very much
There should be some more tensioners for the protective net

Excellent service
I ordered this replacement cover for a trampoline that did not come from you. I was contacted by customer service to ensure everything would be fine. I appreciated the approach. In the end, the cover ordered on Monday arrived on Tuesday and fits perfectly and my children thank you! I am very satisfied!
Very good product Pleasant seller offering good advice. Very helpful delivery person Delivered the trampoline right to my garden Our little ones love it
Everything is perfect and trampoline of quality
Nothing to complain about, the trampoline bought for my little girl meets all my expectations. Delivery made within the expected timeframe. The purchase of the small ladder made after the initial order was well taken into account. Pleasant contact with the online staff, I am satisfied.
Thank you for the help provided during the order.
Trampoline of very good quality. Fast delivery.
Very good
super fast
Very satisfied.
Perfect
Efficient and pleasant telephone reception. Delivery on time. Carrier 0: no appointment was made. Of course, when the driver wanted to deliver, no one was available, so I received it 5 days later (4 days after the desired day (my son's birthday)). The trampoline seems sturdy. Assembly rather easy, about 2h. I recommend without problem. Nota bene: for Corsica, delivery costs are really high. They forced me not to buy the trampoline tent.. Too bad.
Everything is perfect as usual and fast thank you
Complete satisfaction upon receipt of my order. and within the best deadlines.
Quality product. Assembly 2h30 for 3 people. Satisfied with this purchase.
very good
No problem... Delivered on time to the minute
Serious telephone service before ordering Fast delivery and quality material
good
Very good customer service advice, very effective
I had a bit of trouble reaching the order service by phone but once this operation was completed, the sale and order went perfectly. The only downside is that delivery was supposed to take between 3 and 5 days. I called back after 8 days, and was told to call the carrier directly who wanted to deliver me 4 days later. I finally got a delivery for the next day, after 9 days. But apart from that, everything went very well, the trampoline is set up and the grandchildren are having a great time.
Excellent
Impeccable service, fast and impeccable quality
Excellent
Fast delivery, appointment fixed with the carrier, quality service.
I do not regret choosing this French brand. The product tracking allowed me to quickly replace the net of my children's 6-year-old trampoline without having to buy everything again. We thank you for the quality of your products and the follow-up.
Hello, very good product of very good quality: oval trampoline. I am completely satisfied with the order process as well as the delivery. The team is attentive and responds immediately to all your questions in a very pleasant manner. Quality service.
