Satisfactory service in terms of quality, deadlines, and cost.
Hello, we had already made a previous purchase (family hammock) and this hammock seat gives us complete satisfaction. Very good quality, beautiful finish. The only downside concerns the delivery. Initially planned by carrier (which seemed to justify the transport cost) with appointment scheduling according to the sales site but ultimately delivery by post...
order conforms to the announcement and delivery within 72 hours.
5/5 for the trampoline. Trampoline with a very good bounce. Feet' ends that also cushion and therefore very quiet to use. 0/5 for the packaging: however, the packaging really leaves something to be desired... packed in a box too small despite the addition of a protective film, you could see through!
good product, easy to assemble, everything for the happiness of young and old, super fast delivery
VERY GOOD SERVICES AND VERY GOOD PRODUCT
A flawless delivery
Very good product, big success!!
a quantity error quickly corrected by an additional shipment. Company still very serious. I recommend
Absence of nuts in the kit sent (also missing 3 elastic straps for holding the mats, in the process of being resent)
Very serious site, very professional customer service and attentive. Very quick order and impeccable delivery by the courier. Very sturdy trampoline with quality materials that fit perfectly. Perfect for the whole family, including adults!
Excellent product, clear instructions for assembly and perfectly in line with the description. Fast delivery (in 2 parts).
Nothing to report. Delivery on the scheduled day and time.
Very responsive contact by phone and order arrived without problems within the deadlines. The person I spoke to on the phone provided me with all the information that could influence my choices.
We encountered no problems
Very well-designed and clear site. Good order tracking.
When ordering on the site, I made a compatibility error between different elements. I was contacted immediately by phone and the informed advice allowed me to receive equipment perfectly suited to my needs
excellent service
Too good
good value for money.
Very responsive and very professional
Perfect order, nothing to say from start to finish.
fast and of good quality
Excellent in every way.
simply perfect
I had asked to be careful because all the mats were tearing in the same place along the entire length, by phone, I was told that you would make it a little longer and wider, but the measurement is the same, so I assume I will have the same tears again. Best regards ***
Fast and very good product
I am still waiting for the anchoring kit. Best regards
Fast delivery, good quality product
The trampoline seems to be of excellent quality. The staff is very friendly and very responsive.
Received 15 days ago, for now very good product
ok perfect
Very good service. The delivery person even helped me load the trampoline into my car.
Punctual and fast transport, but transport cost too high. For long-time customers like me, transport should be free. The tarp is satisfactory.
great product. I received good advice during the purchase.
PERFECT
very good
fast and efficient
very good business relationship with an email asking for confirmation of the elements so that the order placed corresponds + reminder of the product's unavailability period as indicated on the site. but maybe specify that the item does not include springs, only the mat.
Fast and punctual delivery (fixed by phone at my convenience). Trampoline 250 is great and seems to be of good quality.
Very good product delivered on time
Very good responsiveness of the service
Perfect
fast and serious service
Very good stability of the trampoline. Used by my children aged 5 and 9, in perfect safety.
Of course, the telephone reception was good, less so with the delivery person, who came without calling (which was agreed upon) and was surprised that no one was there.
I recommend this site, perfect service! I ordered a trampoline mat, I was contacted before shipping to verify all dimensions, the delivery was very fast. The jumping mat is of very good quality and the price is correct. Thank you to all the staff who care about the customer! It's very rare these days... ***
Good
Very satisfied, very good follow-up from France Trampoline who contacts you if you have taken the measurements correctly. Fast delivery. In summary, a very serious company.
Fast delivery and products conforming to what we expected. My son is delighted, the trampoline is back for a new lease of life.
