order placed on 17/12 at 4 PM material received on 22/12 at 12 PM to highlight: the welcome, since I was called on the phone as soon as the order was registered the speed of delivery, after the delivery person's call to set an appointment
Nice object that seems solid. Very good delivery.
team attentive to the buyer, competent material to see over time. I am very satisfied to have dealt with this company both for the material and for the team, excellent after-sales service
No problem with the order and delivery
Nothing to report. A phone call to clarify the order. A text for delivery. Everything was perfect.
Perfect
the trampoline is great, the delay between order and departure from France Trampoline is way too long (prepaid, but 4 working days to confirm the order!!! and departure of the material on the 5th day! too long!!!)
Hello, From my visit to the site, the information to guide me in the trampolines, the payment facilities, to the contacts for processing time and for delivery until the trampoline was delivered, was very well thought out. I am very satisfied. I just have to discover the instructions for assembly. I cannot fully express myself. Knowing that the instructions are available allows me to be calm for the assembly, given the good impressions left. I hope I don't make a mistake...
Everything is perfect. Very good product Good team
Very satisfied with my purchase, the children are having a blast, the hardest part is preventing them from going on all together!!!
Fast delivery today after a phone call from the delivery person. Very good.
Excellent product, excellent information, excellent sales team.
The item meets my expectations
Product conforms to the order, fast delivery.
Fast, attentive, I recommend!
A quick and courteous response to all our questions!
Excellent quality. We were delivered the day after our order, to everyone's surprise! Well done.
satisfied very friendly interlocutors
very satisfied
very good
Delivery within the announced timeframe by a very friendly carrier who helped us hide the package as Christmas approached. Assembly went as announced, instructions were sufficient. It has been used intensively since. Parents and children delighted!
Excellent quality trampoline (Wow 460). The protective net attachments were defective and were immediately replaced with others that were perfect. The instructions could use clearer illustrations (zoom on details) but we managed very well in a few hours. Both kids and adults are delighted with this investment! The rebounds are great (comparable to those of a professional trampoline) and on this model the rebounds are not centered (as we would have liked) so less imbalance for doing flips, risky jumps, flips.... for the 2 gymnasts we have at home.
VERY GOOD PRODUCT EASY TO INSTALL. SMALL NOTE: A INSTALLATION MANUAL WAS MISSING AND I AM IN NEED OF A MAINTENANCE MANUAL. SHOULD THE INTEGRITY OF THE SET BE CHECKED EVERY YEAR, FOR EXAMPLE, AS THE PRIVATE CUSTOMER DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING. BEST REGARDS.
thank you for this very easy to assemble trampoline. the package was very well done, easy to unpack, all the elements were easily found. The trampoline is really easy to assemble, I built it in 2 hours all by myself
Very good quality product, meets our expectations relative to the price. Fast delivery and efficient order handling by phone with a warm welcome. In short, nothing to complain about.
clear ordering site, good order tracking and good organization for delivery, deadlines respected
Very cordial and efficient person
it's OK!
Quality product, easy assembly, it breathes quality, the safety net is great. Very fast delivery. I recommend.
Nothing to say efficient and quick I recommend and I plan to make another purchase for another stretched net
France trampoline is very serious several But the delivery company is unsatisfactory

Very good product, well packaged, delivered quickly. Thank you.
Very satisfied with my order of the inner net: quote obtained very quickly, delivery on time, ordered products and custom-made perfectly conforming to expectations, installation without problems. As for its use, trying it is adopting it!
Good quality product that meets our expectations and delivered on time.
Very good.
Very good product with a responsive team and good advice. However, the assembly manual could be improved for better understanding.
Speed, efficiency, good relationship.
Listening
A team of technicians always attentive with very detailed advice for the project design. Very attentive technicians and very good advice during the net assembly. A very high-quality product that has a great effect. In short, if you are still hesitating, take the plunge and you won't be disappointed.
Fast and compliant delivery. Nothing to complain about.
VERY GOOD
Excellent service but delivery costs much higher than expected.
Serious service, however, I cannot yet judge the quality of the equipment as I have not yet assembled it. I will get back to you to let you know what I think.
Trampoline not tested to date but seems to be of very good quality. Fast shipping. Assembly a bit long but without difficulty.
Efficient and quick.
Compliant delivery: packaging and content. Assembly recommended for two people. Very good quality product: used by the whole family: adults and children.
Very fast delivery, quality work.
Very good quality, the children are delighted. The only downside is that the protective cover is missing; it could be provided given the price of the product.
Very satisfied
Very good shipping service and fast delivery with a serious carrier.
