Very good service, but I haven't unpacked the packages yet. To see later.
Very pleasant phone contact and competent and efficient interlocutor.
Product compliant, but packaging a bit weak, one leg was slightly bent upon delivery and not visible in the packaging.
Fast, efficient, top quality and easy assembly
order received quickly and adapted to our trampoline which is of another brand. very good quality product
Everything was perfect. Fast delivery Product fits very well
Delighted with the service!
Very disappointed with the product because the diameter of 25mm does not fit in the one measured to be 25mm as well
excellent
Very good product and easy to assemble
Solid and currently satisfactory product
very well received the product on time, not yet assembled, but apparently in good condition, I will contact you if there is a problem.
This is the second time we trust you. As with the first order, we were very satisfied with the trampoline, the speed of shipping. The trampoline is of very good quality, which holds up well over time (4 years since we have the old one and it is still in very good condition. The reason for the change is a change in size.) This time we have a slight reservation about the company that delivers the product to our home. But a simple call allowed us to rectify the problem. I highly recommend your products which after long searches on different sites, seem the most solid and have the best guarantee over time.
A attentive and patient salesperson. Fast delivery, friendly delivery person, compliant product, seems robust, to see over time.

Very satisfied with this purchase. Trampoline ordered on a Wednesday at 2 PM and delivered to my home by Friday at 11 AM! Very good communication by email throughout the order process. We even received an email detailing the different packages we were to receive with an explanatory drawing.
Carefully prepared order and delivered quickly
Wide choice and quality. The assembly instructions on the site are very well done. Everything is clearly explained on the site, even the compatibility with older models. Everything went very well for our old trampoline
Delivery time respected. The trampoline seems to be of good quality. The future will confirm this... Assembly a bit long
Timely delivery. Delivery person's visit scheduled by phone. Trampoline assembly: 2h/2 people as indicated in the instructions. Satisfactory quality. To see with wear and the passage of time.
Order tracking: ok Delivery: ok Product: ok Perfect set.
Excellent service, we are really dealing with professionals, this is the second trampoline, the first for our godchildren and now for our grandchildren
satisfied with my order
Very professional site. They asked us to confirm the measurements before placing the order. Thank you
you need two people to assemble it
Fast delivery
Everything went as planned. Delivered as expected. No unpleasant surprises
good product; very fast and professional delivery; mediocre packaging so some shocks on the paint.
good service
I am completely delighted with my purchase! Product as described, very good quality. I want to use it every day as my daily workout becomes fun with this trampoline. My partner and my children have also adopted it! And on top of that, it is very effective, my body is firmer in just 3 weeks.
It was a warranty. Service and speed impeccable
