The product received did not fit my 2 mm tubes... The product becomes very expensive with shipping costs.
Dear customer, This review concerns an issue of compatibility of our spare parts with your equipment, although the technical data has been clearly displayed on our website. Technical characteristics section on each product page. We regret that the shipping costs (minimized by delivery to a relay point for your order) remain high, but we offer flat rates for spare parts. This rate, for the order of a few small parts, may indeed seem high. However, we remain available at 05.56.36.04.62 for any clarification before placing an order. The France Trampoline team.
Appreciated commercial gesture on the shipping costs for a few bungee cords.
Fast delivery, product well packaged.
yes but still haven't received the products!!
Order placed very well. Quick reception.
some problems with delivery. Appointment fixed and canceled at the last moment.
Delivery without problems of the product.
Very satisfied with my purchase and the service provided.
The contact with the salesperson went very well, very professional, excellent advice to respond to my request which was not obvious: finding the net for a 10-year-old trampoline purchased from another provider. He advised me to change the posts, which was confirmed on site.
Very good
Very good, speed between the order and delivery.
Very good quality telephone advice. Delivery as promised and fast.
It's a shame that we can't order the top or bottom of the trampoline legs separately.
It is appreciated to still have a company whose ultimate goal is to achieve optimal customer satisfaction and not to sell at all costs. I will recommend your site to others.
A good piece of advice to find the product suitable for our trampoline.
Fast (36h chrono!) and corresponds to the requested product.
Excellent
Excellent service
Very serious team listening to its clients. To recommend. Quality trampoline. After 2 years outside, it hasn't moved.
Excellent, with one slight nuance.
Pleasantly surprised by the delivery time. Reactive customer service.
Hello, I ordered a net and a cushion (in 360) for my trampoline. The products are of excellent quality, the cushion is thick and the whole fits perfectly on my old trampoline. I needed to contact customer service because the cushion showed deterioration, another product was sent to me three days after the complaint. I recommend the products and especially the seriousness of this company!!!
No problem, everything was perfect.
Good service
Assembly can be done by 2 people. Perfect size for 2 children.
Order received in 24h, really very satisfied.
Good reception, advice. Fast delivery and on time.
Very good
Good product, delivered on time, regarding the assembly, you need strong arms to attach the springs to the fabric!! Otherwise, it would still not be assembled, the trampoline being new, we'll see how it ages, but I recommend it.
Quick order. Product as described. Very good quality. Nothing to report.
Complete and well packaged
Quality product, relatively easy to assemble by one person. Our four-year-old granddaughter never leaves her trampoline, which has become her favorite game.
An excellent trampoline
Product as described. Fast delivery. Easy installation.
I needed to order the circular protection for our trampoline purchased 6 years ago from this supplier. I easily found what I was looking for, validated my order after paying online, and received my package within the promised timeframe.
Very good service
I am very satisfied. Top quality. Fast delivery
Very good site, fast delivery
very good, good quality
fast and neat service
Quality of delivery, packaging and material impeccable!
I ordered a new net because the old one had become less flexible and was tearing but I still find it of good quality because it has been 4 years since the trampoline has been outside without protection. I also ordered a jumping mat just in case the old one would give way but I see no wear in 4 years despite it spending its time outside.
I received answers to my questions during the day, I was then able to order and I received my order very quickly: perfect, as usual!
Your service was very good, however I regret that the delivery company cannot give a fixed delivery time rather than a too wide range!
fast deadline; but the cushion fixings on the frame are insufficient; in strong winds, it detaches...
certain quality, fast delivery
Delivery time respected and product completely in accordance with the description
Product compliant, perfect
delivery earlier than expected
I was very well informed by Pierre Marie: top technical knowledge, looking for the best solution, you really feel well advised without feeling 'pushed' to buy. Plus, very nice and pleasant and reliable: when he says he will call back, he does!!! Perfect!
