Always very good product delivered very quickly
super service I highly recommend
Quality trampoline! Extremely fast delivery. Only downside: 1 missing part and 2 broken. Too bad!
perfect especially the phone verification after the order.
Speed in processing the order and speed in delivery
You are helpful and efficient
good service thank you
We were well guided in the choice of the product we were looking for. We are currently very satisfied with the product.
product quickly delivered, in accordance with the order and of very good quality. My trampoline is set for 3 years
Perfect as usual. Thank you very much!
kit quite difficult to assemble. The fixings of the posts supporting the net on the base structure are too short. The screw length should be increased by 5 mm.
Very serious and responsive company that sells quality products. The site makes it easy to find the product sought. Before starting the production of the trampoline cover ordered online, the sales service contacted me by phone to verify the accuracy of the dimensions! It's rare these days... The package arrived at least ten days before the date announced at the order. BRAVO
good product corresponding to my search only concern the tool provided for assembly is not well adapted the pliers should be rounded like the tubes and have longer handles for more strength
Top service, very professional !!!! Thank you
super trampoline. delivered on time and very well packaged
Product of good quality it seems. Fast delivery. One small downside though: we just installed it and we are disappointed that there are no perforations provided for the passage of the support posts of the net.
Very difficult to reach the carrier by phone, about 10 calls during the day to make an appointment
very good
good provider but delivery not flexible (imposed schedule)
Service rather correct overall with a few small details to improve. (a few small communication issues)
Delighted with the trampoline received. Just disappointed not to have been able to get the one ordered (with red opening)
A bit long delays
order of a new net for our trampoline as well as elastics for the protective mat (purchase of the trampoline in 2012.) high-quality material, fast delivery, very satisfied with our equipment renewal. The girls are delighted! :)
Searching for solutions to satisfy customers
a very good quality trampoline mat.

Order and delivery without any issues. The 360 tent fits quite well on the Decathlon 365 trampoline. Easy to install, the kids love their new playhouse! The only downside is the quality of the attachments which seem quite fragile for long-term use and I regret that the tent is not waterproof in the rain, even if it means buying a slightly more expensive model.
Very good customer service

Speed, efficiency, and professionalism
very good, nothing to complain about regarding the quality of the product or the delivery
Good quality. I would have liked to know that the product was out of stock before ordering. As a result, delivery took 3 weeks instead of one. It's acceptable, but we would like to know this right after payment.
Great: the possibility to order spare parts. The quality of the products The follow-up from customer service staff Too bad: searching for parts is a bit complex (a filter to avoid mistakes in references would be a great help) Online order tracking is not very precise (in case of partial delivery, we cannot know where the rest is)
Even though it was a bit long, the service is very professional and the delivery was done without any problems. Nothing to complain about
We received an article of excellent quality that perfectly meets our expectations. The customer service is very professional. The delivery was carried out with a lot of organization and was very punctual. This is a service of excellent quality.
