Delivery times are satisfactory. The product is of very good quality (width of the protection, thickness, fixings).
very good, we had a difficulty with assembly and a person on the phone kindly and effectively informed us
good product
Quality phone advice - very fast delivery - trampoline is great for kids, 7 and 4 years old. Maxi Pack Trampoline Wow 460
Very good service, good quality materials
After contacting the sales service which answered all my questions, I ordered the Apollo 500. The delivery was quick despite the fact that I reside in Belgium. The trampoline meets my expectations but especially those of my 3 children. I therefore recommend this company for its availability by phone or email as well as its seriousness.
Very good, the kids love it and very good quality assembled in 2 hours with two people
product available on the site. A contact person reached out to me and ensured the accuracy of the product before sending it to me, rather fast delivery, services rather good
Very satisfied! Good quality and sturdy. This trampoline entertains both the little ones and the big ones!
by phone: PERFECT WELCOME AND PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY in less than 48H: exceptional, well done
very good service, the seller was not too pushy, he did not want to put several people on the same trampoline. (I do it while watching the children) I am very happy with your products, I bought an outdoor trampoline 2 years ago which is in a shed and is holding up very well
keep it up
Caring supplier (called after the order was placed to verify the trampoline references to provide the correct spare part) Slow shipping times (shipping a simple package on Tuesday at 4 PM for an order on Sunday evening) Carrier's information faulty: while the package arrived on Thursday at 2 PM at the delivery point, I was only notified on Friday at 10 AM by SMS...
Hello, thank you for your constructive feedback, however regarding the shipment of your order we have respected our commitment to ship products in stock within 48 hours. Regarding our carrier's communication, we will escalate the information so that this does not happen again. We remain at your disposal for any questions or comments, The France Trampoline Team
Poor quality received compared to the original fabric even though it is the same model.

very professional!
Easy order, delivery on time with an appointment with the carrier. Product compliant and awaiting. Good quality perceived after 3 weeks of use
Very happy with the ordered product
nothing to report, fast!
Super material, serious service, fast delivery. We hope to keep it for a very long time, which is why we prefer to buy a good product that is more expensive with support for spare parts. Plus, it's made in France.
easy order to place, very accessible and very professional customer service
Items of very good quality and top-notch customer service.
perfect
I am very satisfied with my order.
good listening on commercial service and good advice
Guided by an advisor over the phone, I was able to order the trampoline we needed. The order was quick and efficient. The advice was invaluable. Finally, we are satisfied with the trampoline received within the deadline. It is a quality product and easy to assemble. I recommend this company that combines quality, customer service, and professionalism.
listening to the customer
Nothing to report
Spare parts for our trampoline purchased 4 years ago. Easy to find products on the site. The products having technically evolved, it would have been interesting to have a manual.
Very good service. Fast delivery. Package well wrapped.
Everything is perfect! Thank you.
Responsiveness, help with assembly, product quality, everything is perfect
Good
Perfect
Quick phone reception and very useful advice. Fast delivery and easy assembly. Quality products. Good value for money, you need to take care of the material if you want it to last!
very good quality of product.
product delivered in 30 hours! never seen before. bravo and thank you
Order for oval trampoline. Assembly requires 2 people. Detailed and easy-to-follow instructions. The product is really more robust than the previous one purchased on another site. Springs, tubing, and mat seem to be of very good quality, we'll see over time.... I recommend this site.
Very good service. Service and product meet my expectations.
Excellent welcome and very relevant advice from the person contacted during my order, before finalizing it.
good listening and advice over the phone
very good customer service
I appreciated the follow-up of the models: bought 7 years ago, it is still easy to find spare parts. Fast delivery. Only downside: parts a bit expensive. Have a good day ***
Very good
No problems....except that one of the necessary parts for fixing is not compliant.
The trampoline meets our expectations perfectly. Our little one is delighted, she spends all her days on it. The material seems to be of good quality.
Very good quality of the product and services, nothing to say
Well-made site to find the right net. Fast reception
Order processed very quickly and within the deadlines (within a few days), exactly as indicated on the site. As I requested, customer service called me back to confirm the processing of the order within the desired deadlines. Good assembly instructions, which took us 2-3 hours with 2 people. The trampoline looks solid and well secured, and the kids are having a blast on it! I am very satisfied with this purchase.
Article arrived early, very well packaged, item conforms to what was on the site, and of quality. Immediately adopted by the child
