Very good material, just a serious problem with the carrier who delivered the packages on a half pallet with the plastic completely torn....To be reviewed. The brackets for fixing the net bars are too small, we had to wait 1 week (it was quick and without difficulties) to get the new brackets. Thank you for better controlling the material when leaving the factory.
Excellent
Hello; the material seems to be of good quality, however, for the installation, a manual is missing. How to make the knots? ......
Very pleasantly surprised by this small trampoline. Delivered very quickly. Communication is top-notch, the service responds instantly on the phone. Great availability and friendliness.
Perfect

quality product
We are very satisfied with our choice. The trampoline meets the strengths presented by France Trampoline. It is easy to assemble, sturdy, and meets safety standards. One downside, the delivery times could not be respected. (carrier issue) I had to pick it up myself!!

We already had a round France trampoline of 2.4m. Our daughter is growing and doing gymnastics, so we chose the oval model. She is delighted.
Excellent material and impeccable customer service. I do not regret my purchase at all!

Nothing to report. Good quality product..
No problem with the order, a small downside on the delivery. I received no call except from the delivery person because he couldn't find the house. Fortunately, I was on vacation and present at home. Otherwise, very good service from France Trampoline
pleasant trampoline for children with a good bounce.
I am very satisfied with the attention and advice from the salespeople during my order and the follow-up of it.... As usual, quality services and items. Bravo to the entire France Trampoline team and especially Mr *** !!!! Best regards. ***
Perfect delivery and perfect product as well. A good half-day to assemble it alone. But the kids are thrilled!

Very good service, good advice, timely delivery
Quality cushions reassuring for parents
Very good
Overall satisfied with France Trempoline. However, for the delivery, I was informed by phone that the delivery person would come before 08:30, so I organized my day accordingly. At 08:45, not having arrived, I called to indicate that I had to leave. I was told I would be called back for another appointment during the day, and when I called back, I spoke to another person who told me that the appointments were for half-days... in the end, the delivery person came in the afternoon after calling him 20 minutes before! Luckily, I was able to make a round trip to be present... Delivery is really a very sensitive point! Moreover, a delivery proposal with assembly would be appreciated.
Nothing to say,
Very good, fast and compliant delivery
