excellent. Fast delivery
perfect contact and follow-up by phone, congratulations to the charming Italian person for their efficiency and professionalism in identifying a reference error in an online order, correcting the mistake, and calling me back to inform me of the resolution of the problem without me having to intervene!!! Again, congratulations and thank you.
I was quickly and effectively advised by phone before placing the order. The ordering process and reception also went very well, the product is compliant and the net easy to install. I am fully satisfied with the whole. Thank you France trampoline
Very happy with the last service requested from France trampoline. While my order for spare parts did not correspond to the product I own, the team took the liberty of correcting the appropriate parts. Thank you for this professionalism.

All services impeccable. Congratulations for the speed of the shipment.
I no longer knew the references to order a new net for my trampoline. I called and was immediately given the information. I finalized the order by phone very quickly. My contact was quick, efficient, and also very friendly.
in accordance with the order. received on time, perfect.
The advisors are perfect; helpful, quick, competent: what more could you ask for?
Perfect
Very professional site, delivery time more than acceptable. Thank you.
Very good provider. Very responsive in after-sales service. Quality product.
The delivery went well except that the delivery person had opened the black protective cover which is proof that the packages were not handled. All packages were present. The material is really of quality and robust. Assembly took 3 good hours with 3 skilled DIYers. Then it's the children's joy every evening to have a little session. What I liked are the parts available in after-sales, if there is a need it can solve quite a few problems. Very good product!
Very good product, the children are delighted! Four boys aged 1 to 8 years
I find it very good to have been contacted by phone to verify my order.
Very good service
Slight delivery delay due to holidays otherwise good service. Call from the delivery person. Delivery as agreed.
I needed a part for my trampoline, the customer service searched for the invoice to determine the required model... and I was able to order the correct part, shipped quickly. Well done!
impeccable service
Very satisfied
Correct
Quick handling of our order. Not yet received in Guyana where the shipment is carried out by a freight forwarder.
Excellent trampoline. Our daughter is delighted. And having spent some time on it myself, it seems quite robust. The net is resistant and the padding protects the springs well. A very good choice. However, for assembly, we are far from the two hours announced even if the instructions are quite clear and a tutorial video is available. The parts are very hard to fit together and the process is quite long (almost 5 hours for 3 people)
very good
very happy
The trampoline is great. Good quality. Delivery 2 days after the order. The kids are having a blast. Nothing to add. We are very happy with our purchase.
Good site. Easy to find what I was looking for. Good product.
Good evening, I easily found the cover I was looking for to protect our trampoline. The delivery was very fast and we are satisfied with the product.

Correct service. Package received on time and in good condition. Explanatory notice and simple assembly. Aesthetic and sturdy product. Recommendation +++
Perfectly suitable for a child who enjoys doing flips, however, it squeaks and it's quite annoying
