Delivery made on time. Complete packaging, understandable assembly instructions, the assembly video is very well done and allows for verification in case of any doubt. We are completely satisfied with our purchase, ... and especially the children. We did not pay attention to the height of the trampoline and regret not having taken the ladder. Thank you
Top notch! Quality of the product and speed of delivery.
Very good except for the delivery
I suppose it went well since I wasn't there to receive it!
EFFECTIVE AFTER-SALES SERVICE AND WARRANTY
We ordered a guardrail for a mezzanine. The result is great and gives an impression of openness to the rest of the studio. We are delighted with our purchase, the quality and speed of execution is excellent. Product to recommend.
No comments: everything went very well and all the people I spoke to on the phone were correct and competent. Thank you
Fast delivery by a nice carrier with appointment scheduling. Careful packaging, too bad a nut was missing. Very easy to assemble, I assembled it with my 9-year-old and 7-year-old daughters in 1h30. Very good idea to provide tools, however, the wrench is not practical, for my part I used a ratchet wrench which is simpler and faster. Good purchase, I recommend.
Gift given to my grandchildren who have very good moments accompanied by their parents! Very satisfied with the product
Very good, fast, and very good material
I had a problem during the online purchase (did not receive the validation code from the bank). Called your services the next morning to place an order by phone. (Thanks to the sales service) Material very well packaged. However, it takes two people given the size! Santa Claus had a hard time putting it at the foot of the tree. It was the biggest gifts! On the 25th, unboxing by the children and mandatory assembly during the day. Assembly instructions very clear and assembly with dad and grandpa. The children were able to test it. Everyone super happy, both little ones and big ones. The price is really worth it given the quality! Nothing to compare with what you can find in the big chains.
Search on a search engine for a quality and safety trampoline for children. Quick order online without phone contact. Good order tracking online. Delivery scheduled on time by a good subcontractor (***) but at an unsuitable time slot (10-12h from Monday to Friday). Assembly instructions very insufficient due to a significant pagination error (French)
Quality product, very fast delivery. I highly recommend this company.
Good reference for the jumping mat of a trampoline purchased in 2015 to replace the damaged original.
Very good service
fast delivery
Very good advice and responsiveness.
Issue with delivery as the provider only offers appointments in the morning and in the end, they come in the middle of the afternoon. Therefore, one has to take half a day off for nothing as they do not come during the indicated time slot.
Excellent product, my children are delighted, the service is simple and very fast.
I appreciated the product descriptions, the explanatory guides, the care taken in packaging and shipping, and the respect for the commitment.
Order received on the scheduled date. Perfect packaging. Assembly requires 3 hours with 2 people. Trampoline meets our requirements and children are delighted.
Very good quality of material...
Easy to place the order. Fast delivery time respected despite the end of year holidays. Order placed on the weekend and received on Tuesday. It's perfect. Nothing to complain about. Congratulations and keep it up.

Very effective service and very serious, keep it up.
Simple Turbo Delivery Order
No problem
Perfect contact, quick order, top product but lacking information on assembly especially for the tension rope in 4 lengths (type of knot, crossing or not, ...)
Very good service as usual.
Good trampoline but difficult to assemble the support bar. The click at the top was very difficult to center, took nearly half an hour to achieve....
super fast delivery, very well packaged, trampoline seems very resistant. thank you very much
Serious service!
very satisfied with the advisor
Ras
very good advice
Very good quality trampoline, but 0/5 for the anchoring kit which does not adapt to the stony ground in the south of France.
Impeccable order and delivery
very good welcome, adapted explanations about the products
customer service attentive, fast and reliable shipping.
No particular issues with the order. Impeccable delivery.
excellent
Very good product that meets expectations. Difficulties contacting the delivery person, but after intervention from France Trampoline, everything was sorted out.
I followed the seller's advice who was very accessible and knew his products well. The only problem upon arrival was the size of the trampoline which could have been larger despite my explanations.
Hello, Thank you for your message following your order. Regarding the size of the trampoline, our advisors provide you with the most relevant information possible, based on your needs. The trampoline you selected (the Waouuh 390) offers a nice jumping surface of 9 m², which delights most customers who purchased this model. But we hear your comment and will work to improve further :-) We remain at your disposal for any additional comments, Best regards, The France Trampoline Team
