Very pleasant contact. They did everything to find a quick delivery solution following a mistake in my order. I highly recommend. High-quality material.
They called me to verify the size of the purchased tarp. Fast delivery.
It's a good product, however the assembly is a real puzzle... the assembly guide needs to be revised and detailed more, especially for the starting assembly instructions.
Order delivered quickly. Product not yet installed but I think I won't have any issues.
Very good product
The assembly is not as easy as announced, it requires a certain strength for assembling the T-junction pieces...........for the rest it's perfect!
Product and services of great quality. Very professional
Excellent
Completely in line with our expectations. Superb quality. The trampoline is assembled, anchored and tested by 2 of our grandchildren who are absolutely delighted. Only downside with the carrier that we couldn't reach but *** contacted them directly and we were delivered without problems. Congratulations for the warm welcome on the phone and the help in guiding our choice.

Received on time net easy to install. Looks a bit big. Lacks clips underneath for support but it should be fine.

Perfect delivery despite bad weather
I needed to replace a part of my trampoline that I had for 7 years. I found it quickly, with confirmation that this part fits well on the model I had.
Fast shipping. Excellent quality trampoline and quite easy to assemble.
Good value for money and fast delivery. 👍
I was very satisfied with the product, the fast delivery. A little one-year-old loves it, and the older ones too. I favored a French company even though we find a product that looks the same and much cheaper 'Chinese manufacturing' on websites. You have to know what you want. Very happy with my purchase.
