So far very satisfied with my purchase, the person I spoke to on the phone for my trampoline order was very professional and very pleasant, the delivery went well and the product arrived in good condition, a small remark the flat key for tightening the nuts is not suitable for a good tightening, a kind of pipe wrench of 10 cm in length would be welcome (cordially Mr ***)
Quality product exactly meeting our expectations, the price is quite competitive compared to other similar products sold online. One downside: the company in charge of delivery is of very average reliability (appointment not honored, final delivery without time slot... unfortunately had to block a person at home for 2 days to receive the order...)
Very happy
easy order, quality product, fast delivery
Very serious team and attentive. A call from you to be sure of the order and give advice. A real customer service as it is difficult to find today. I am delighted with your services and do not hesitate to recommend you
The contact and the order were made by phone in one go ... so efficient. The person on the phone responded competently and kindly to my request which convinced me to place an order. I was aware that I could buy cheaper on merchant sites ... so proof that advice and contact can make a difference
Quick response. Part available after 5 years of use. Perfect
quick order and shipping, serious site
Good phone reception and personalized advice. Product corresponding to the order, delivered quickly. One small downside: some assembly elements have slightly evolved since the edition of the manual.
Product conforms to the request. Fast and punctual delivery.
excellent
Delivery on time. Excellent quality product. The video tutorial for assembly is very well done.
Thank you for the welcome I received following an order error on my part.
very good follow-up of the shipment
Trampoline appearing to be of excellent quality, easier to assemble than I thought. To be confirmed after more use

Perfect in every way: advice, order, delivery, assembly, quality!
Very commercial and serious
Beautiful trampoline but more difficult to assemble than what is stated in the instructions.
Very professional and efficient
advisor is attentive available knowing how to explain the products excellent quality product and compliant with our trampoline which however does not come from you and which is a few years old
Exceptional seller. Following an error on my part, PayPal blocked the payment. Everything was resolved, I managed to contact the seller very easily, he is very friendly and professional.
The product seems to be of excellent quality and made to last. The delivery was timely and the assembly posed no problem, even for an octogenarian (it goes without saying that the product is not for him but for his grandchildren)
Product of very good quality
Very good material, speed in shipping, nothing to complain about. I would recommend France Trampoline without reservation.
Product conforms to expectations
Fast delivery and product as described.
Order received within the indicated deadlines. If I need, I will return to this site.

Excellent quality product, I really recommend it.
RAS
Very professional. Quickness.
Fast shipping, but the package was a bit open and one of the springs was almost out of the package. Otherwise, everything is okay.
Ras
Good quality product.
Nothing to say, perfect.
Perfect customer service. Replacement of a defective item during the first shipment. Quick and friendly. Thank you.
Simple, quick, and efficient!
very professional
I ordered a protective net and a cover to protect the springs... I had no choice of color. I have a pink flower-shaped trampoline but I could only order in blue. Too bad. The color remains beautiful and vibrant even though it is not the same. Regarding the delivery, DPD did not come to my home despite quite expensive delivery fees. I had to go to a pickup point.
Very good site... the team is nice and gives good advice..
Very pleasant customer service, the order was as simple as can be. Tracking and receipt of the package 3 days later, without a hitch. Regarding the trampoline, it meets all our expectations (and especially those of our children!). Solid structure, well designed, and quite easy to assemble (1.5 to 2 hours for the initial 430). No regrets compared to other cheaper brands, but whose quality can be questionable. Highly recommend!
Perfect phone contact and order processing as well. Thanks to the phone contact for finding the right items.
