Fast delivery, product conforms to the description. The assembly is not obvious but we expected it with a trampoline over 4m. It is only now that I realized that we could call for help on the choice, it might have saved us a few hours of doubt about the choice. We had a small issue with a small part that broke, the customer service was very responsive and sent us what we needed in no time. Really satisfied with my order, I recommend the site.

Perfect
Good quality. A bit difficult to install, but the result is nice and the kids are happy
Relatively fast delivery, one week. Product conforms and of good quality
Easy and quick
Perfect. Top delivery and deadlines respected. Easy to assemble with two! And you need some strength for the springs. Model in 300 is sufficiently large. Solid structure, I am happy with my purchase, I recommend. Ps: now we need to see the wear over time
Good quality product delivered on time. Assembly a bit long and difficult.
Quality products, at reasonable prices. Extremely fast delivery, and the products were well packaged. Nothing to complain about, I will recommend
Item conforms to the order but delivery was difficult because the size of the package was not accepted by the Relay point. Result: Return to the carrier and package blocked with them for several weeks. Only my phone call to France Trampoline allowed to restart the delivery process which was quick afterwards. The website should check the size of packages before offering the Relay point option.
Delivery was 1 day late but well notified. The trampoline meets my expectations exactly: sturdy, well secured, easy to assemble. It was assembled by my 2 children (9 & 14) with just a little help at the start (pushing in the bars). It passed the first storm without any problems - which was my concern given the wind surface area -; the anchoring to the ground held well.
The advice given by the operator for choosing the replacement net for our trampoline was very wise.
Parts arrived on time and impeccably packaged.
One day late for delivery compared to the announcement made by the carrier.
Very satisfied
Good contact, but bad result: indeed the person who took care of me made an order mistake. I received a trampoline net that is not at all the size of my trampoline. So I have to return the wrong net and I am waiting for the new one........
Hello, We would like to sincerely apologize for this mistake on our part. We are doing everything possible to send you the correct protective net as quickly as possible. The France Trampoline Team
