Correct price as quality is there, fast delivery.
Perfect
Good except the manual which is not detailed enough. A day of assembly instead of a few hours...
Very professional.
No problems with delivery and product conforms to the description.
Easy and fairly quick assembly. Great product even for young children.
Great product! Happiness for both young and old!
Order compliant and received within the deadlines, I recommend this site.
very good service, I had mistakenly ordered the wrong net but the service called me back and sent me the right one, very professional
Quality product but the assembly could be improved. The fitting of the lower tubes with the legs of the trampoline is not easy as there is no rotational indexing to align the small integrated springs with the legs of the trampoline.
Customer service phone very welcoming and very efficient to resolve a small delivery issue.
Very satisfied with the online order, simple, delivery time respected with appointment scheduling. Satisfied with the product that pleases everyone.
Very good product, meets my expectations. Perfect delivery. Thank you for the seriousness, everyone is delighted.
good service
very good
Very good commercial and technical service, fast delivery... all positives.
Third order and still no mistakes: the products are top-notch and well presented (not 'oversold'), prices are reasonable (quality-price ratio but not low-end), express and reliable delivery, and on top of that a customer service that calls you back in a second when you have a question about a product! During my last order, I needed clarification on the product, I was called back within a minute of my contact request, and the person took the time to read the manual (zip line) and ask questions to the technical service to provide me with a very precise and qualitative answer, all with a smile. I was blown away! Bravo to you, online sellers as serious and nice as that are rare!
Order delivered quickly, effective order tracking.
wahoo 390 perfect purchase the delivered stirrups were not the right ones they redelivered them within 8 days ... need to see over several years but here in 15 days my children use it every day and we parents too... GREAT ...
Impeccable thank you I am very happy
Fast and undamaged delivery

2nd order placed with France Trampoline, we were again very satisfied with the ordered product.
Very good
Very happy with the team I spoke to on the phone who provided us with good information and was extraordinarily kind. It's nice these days to come across friendly and professional interlocutors. The timing of the order was satisfactory and the product as well. Our son is delighted. Well done and thank you. We will definitely come back to you! ***
Not disappointed upon receipt of the trampoline.
Very serious company. Very good
Very good quality product, ordered Tuesday evening quickly dispatched on Wednesday but remained with the delivery person since Friday. Delivery only on Tuesday, what a shame!
Great nothing to say, very professional company
EASY AND FAST A LITTLE DISAPPOINTED WITH THE PANEL
Perfect, respect for deadlines
very good
We were very satisfied with the processing of the trampoline order and its delivery. The product perfectly matches the description and what we were looking for, with one caveat regarding the assembly and disassembly time which is much longer and more difficult than mentioned.
very good product for a reasonable price nothing else to add
Excellent service.
Excellent quality material and delivery time more than reasonable. I recommend without hesitation and will not hesitate in case of future need.
Product of very good quality! Conforms to the description
The trampoline is perfect
allowing to adjust the height and then if that is not enough you have the option to make a knot under the seat. We recommend using the zip line from 6 years old, so that the child can hold onto the handles and sit correctly as indicated in the usage advice. You can reduce the speed of the zip line by adjusting the slope of the course. We have tested it several times with children between 6 and 15 years old and we have not encountered any problems. We are extremely vigilant about the safety of our users and especially that of children's games, we only sell products that meet European standards. We remain at your disposal for any additional comments or suggestions, The France Trampoline Team
Thank you
Very good
Good service, thanks to the person who answered my phone calls for their professionalism
The website is well thought out but finding accessories and spare parts is not always easy. But in the end, you find what you're looking for and that's essential to enjoy your trampoline for years to come!
Seat poorly adapted for children, the gap between the seat and the handle is too large. Instructions poorly explained, we had to redo it twice. And for the price, you still have to buy a sandbag for the brake. For safety, I also bought a safety harness for the children. The zip line is very long and the child can let go at any moment. It's dangerous with the speed. I don't understand how such an item can be sold without safety accessories at least for children. Otherwise, good item, we have fun, just need to review these criteria.
Hello, thank you for your feedback, we take note of your comments. Please note that it is possible to adjust the height of the seat in 2 ways: the first with the
very good item easily found only the transport was longer than expected.........
Very good quality of the product. The assembly well explained in the video is nevertheless more physical in reality than the demonstration.
The delivery was made on time, and the product ordered corresponds well to my request, no problems to report.
Very good
