Still very happy with the quality of your materials
Very satisfied. Product perfectly meets my expectations. Fast delivery.
Super trampoline & service. Very happy with my purchase!
Excellent customer service, I made a mistake in my order and I was able to get a correction without any additional costs other than shipping fees.
Very happy with the quality of the Apollo Sport 500 trampoline, I recommend this site
Perfect product that meets my expectations. Fast delivery
French-made material of very good quality. Very satisfying purchase
Good advice, good material, we are happy.
I had a lot of trouble finding the right references on the site to order a net and fiberglass bows for a trampoline purchased from you 3 years ago. However, I was perfectly advised by your sales advisors contacted by email who did everything to help me in record response times. It's rare to see this and it deserves to be highlighted.
Careful order and delivery on time. Easy assembly but must be done with at least 2 people. Result is top!!!
Good quality of the product. In terms of price, it would be very appreciated if the ladder and/or a protective cover were included. The weak point: delivery (driver not finding the address, expedited delivery as he did not park correctly, preventing proper control and delivery drop-off at the right place).
Delivered on the scheduled date. All boxes in good condition. No missing or damaged parts. Assembly tutorial available online. Trampoline meets my expectations.
Perfect packaging, fast delivery
Perfect, from A to Z. Excellent product, technicians available for questions before ordering, delivery on time, well-packaged products.

Compliant article and fast and careful shipping, I recommend!!!
Very good. Everything I ordered fits very well with my trampoline. Great, it looks like new...
Good services and waiting time respected as the product was out of stock
Serious and fast service, very good quality product
Product as described
The trampoline is easy to assemble, it seems to be serious material, the result is very good. However, the assembly time is underestimated, and the anchoring kit is not great.

Choice, descriptions, delivery; 10/10
Fast and careful shipping. Within the deadlines despite the holidays.
The delivery and the order were all compliant.
Very well informed by the hostess during the phone call. Good quality product. I highly recommend these items.
Nothing to complain about. This is not the first time I order from this site and I do not hesitate to return if needed. Especially since our trampoline is over 10 years old, and I still find the parts to replace.
Very good service. Very practical and easy-to-use website, fast and timely delivery service. Thank you.
Friendly and efficient phone contact, fast delivery and very regular updates on the delivery status.
Good advice. Deadlines respected.
very good customer service
Very attentive to my request for a spare part.
The trampoline is excellent and it was easy to set up with the help of the video on the site. However, they initially sent the wrong trampoline, so they had to do an exchange. It was not ideal to have all my children around the boxes all excited and to tell them that it was not ours. I was expecting a small gift to apologize, but no, with the price paid, you should do better.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your order and we apologize for this preparation error. Unfortunately, the logistics administration in this case being automated, we did not have the opportunity to add a gift to your package. For your next order, please feel free to contact our sales team directly by email or phone so that we can make a commercial gesture. We remain at your disposal for any further information.
