NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THE ORDER PROCESSING, DELIVERY TIME, AND PRODUCT QUALITY
Very satisfied with our order, compliant product, deadline respected, and very friendly commercial service.
The order and shipping were quick. Very pleasant welcome on the phone
Excellent services, quality price, speed...
Trampoline delivered quickly, the quality is superior to other trampolines I had before, the kids (pre-teens) are having a blast!!!
Faithful to the order!
Super fast delivery, ordered on Wednesday and delivered on Friday. Thank you
Received on time for the birthday of the main user and her guests. Perfect. Beautiful day.
Delivery was top as expected, on the same day as our son's birthday, 2 hours of assembly for two even after watching the video... Very sturdy material, and a great surprise... Thank you for your advice, I had to call customer service... Quality purchase. Let's see how it holds up over time...
Everything went as planned, nothing to say, I really appreciated your service's call asking for confirmation of the product size
The provider was very very good, he responded to what I asked and did everything he could to ensure my grandson had his trampoline on time
Perfect
Very good
Perfect.
Satisfied with the quality and ease of assembly
Easy order, fast delivery
For an order with you, we had two delivery problems.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your order, and we are sorry that the delivery did not fully meet your satisfaction. Unfortunately, the quality of service from some carriers is not always up to the standard of service we are used to providing. However, please know that measures have been taken to only work with the most reliable carriers from now on. We apologize again for this inconvenience and are at your disposal for any further information. The France Trampoline team
Very good
Everything went very well!
great
Service and order met my expectations. The trampoline is of quality and easy to assemble with two people. My little boy is crazy about it.
Just perfect. Quality product
Perfect, fast.
Impeccable, responsive, professional
Very good. No problems with delivery or the product.
Item conforms to the order.
Very satisfied with my purchases
Excellent in every way
Relevant information first found on the site, then confirmed by a competent person from customer service over the phone. Perfect to be able to find spare parts 5 years after the purchase, without any difficulty. Very quick turnaround, delivery within 24 hours. Perfect!
Good service except for the delivery. Indeed, the delivery person did not want to carry the pallet up the path to our house and did not want to deliver in the morning. Moreover, he was not very courteous. So I am unhappy with the delivery by your carrier.
Exceptional customer relationship. I had never experienced a seller who contacts their customer to check that the product will meet their needs BEFORE CONFIRMING THE ORDER!
Order processed very quickly. Material received without problems within the allotted time. Assembly instructions are readable. Material seems solid. The children are delighted.
Extra trampoline once assembled! Product meets expectations, great quality, only small downside, the manual is "useless" and a tool is missing to easily pull on the springs to put them in place.
Delay in delivery, had to schedule another appointment. Satisfactory trampoline mat, to be confirmed over time.
Fast delivery: order placed on April 11 at 10:00 PM and trampoline delivered on April 17 at 3:00 PM. The manual and the video complement each other. During assembly, I noticed that a black plastic base was missing on a lower post. I called on April 19 and am still waiting for the part. Lastly, a third step on the ladder would be welcome as our 4-year-old daughter has some difficulties accessing it.
Very good trampoline. Unfortunately, the metal ties to connect the trampoline to the nets are a bit too short. Tightening the nut is not obvious.
Good reception
Very good quality material. Intuitive and easy assembly.
The assembly was done quite easily, the manual is rather well explained. The tool for inserting the legs is not easy to use though, but with a bit of method and strength, you can manage without it. Only downside, one of the attachments for the protective cover broke on the first use.
Only downside: the packaging is a bit light.
Very serious company that calls its customers to confirm the product they ordered; great! and with explanations.
Fast delivery, very serious site.
Fast and matching the order.
I had to negotiate for the delivery time of the package. Had to take leave...
Perfect
Simple to use site, fast delivery, product matching our expectations.
