Good product. Fast delivery.
Very satisfied with the trampoline, very reliable and sturdy, a great outlet for children and adults.
Very good quality trampoline and easy to assemble... it's sturdy!
Very good product and good value for money. Easy assembly. However, it is difficult to find a time slot with your providers for delivery as they do not deliver on Saturdays and give very wide time slots (9am to 3pm)... very difficult when you work... there are now many couriers who are more flexible, that would probably be better for us.
Very good contact, pleasantly surprised by the beautiful quality of the product, the essential protective cover, very well advised, thank you, I recommend this material to friends who will probably place an order.
Perfect for the quality of all the trampoline elements. Packaging and delivery very good as well. Only downside is the anchoring kit which is not practical.
Quality material. Very fast delivery.
Very pleasant on the phone. Good information. Everything went well.
Very good trampoline due to the quality of the materials used. Robust. The children are safe on it.

I had a bit of trouble finding the item I was looking for on the website because the references had changed. I therefore wrote an email to receive help. I got answers to my questions by return email and I was able to order the item in question which I received a week later, conforming to the order. I am therefore satisfied.
Very good service.

Very high quality trampoline. My daughters are delighted and so are we. Only downside: a big scare during assembly when we realized we didn't have the right assembly instructions. Fortunately, it was just the instructions. The ordered trampoline was indeed the one we received... phew!
Good product! Fast delivery.
Good
The trampoline meets what I expected but above all the customer service and the advisor I was able to reach by phone was very professional and of great help. More than the quality of the trampoline which is impeccable, it is the customer service that pleasantly surprised me as it becomes rare. Thank you.
Very good
Very good service
fast efficient reliable and durable products
The person I spoke to on the phone was of very high quality listening, available, and very kind. I was lucky to recommend your products to my friends, and like me, we are delighted. My children thank you a thousand times.
I got all the answers to my questions. Starting with the trampoline model I bought several years ago.
Email request for help to find the item I am looking for, very quick response with the link to the item to order. Very fast delivery.
The product corresponds exactly to my search and I had already bought one 5 years ago for my children which satisfied us very much.
Trampoline that seems to be of good quality. However, downside for the packaging where a 360 is placed on a mini pallet and thus overflows on each side resulting in completely torn packaging upon arrival.. The delivery person literally came out of the truck with the spring bags in hand.. For the price, we would have liked France Trampoline to package the trampoline properly.. So several phone calls to ensure that if any parts were missing they would be sent to us.. And they will be sent well but phew nothing was missing! Brief instructions, assembly not necessarily obvious..
Very good material and it seems durable.
Very good, very well made website. Hotline service available. It's perfect.
Perfect first contact for advice. Fast delivery. Our children and grandchildren are delighted with the trampoline we chose. A small issue rectified by your team, the anchoring kit was missing from the packages; Thank you also for your responsiveness.
Clear site, interesting prices, site call to validate well, very fast shipping. Perfect service!
Quality products, quick delivery, solid packaging. I recommend France Trampoline without hesitation.

Very good carrier, too bad there was a problem with the fixings that were too short (corrected by sending the parts)
Perfect
Satisfied from A to Z. A phone contact to clarify my choice: competence, efficiency, charming person who cared that I was perfectly informed and satisfied with my future purchase. Ultra fast and inexpensive delivery. 100% satisfied.
A simple installation and of very good quality. Very very good quality
Fast delivery with a phone call to warn, great. Good quality trampoline, good look. We broke a tensioner for the net poles, probably too tight but I find it a bit light, even if the fixing principle of these poles is very good. Finally, the basketball hoop as a gift was not included in the delivery... too bad... :(
Ok
