Good advice, fast delivery, product corresponding to our expectations.
Be careful, the bars are often difficult to slide in. A drill and a hammer are mandatory.
Efficient customer service; wise advice and fast delivery.
Very responsive, the products seem to be of quality.
Arrived as expected, no particular issues. Assembly is not obvious with the instructions.
Delivered on time. Package in good condition at delivery really conforms to the order, beautiful material
Very good.
Serious provider - order conforms and delivered within short deadlines - product seems solid
Impeccable service. Perfect advice. Irreproachable telephone service. Very fast delivery. Perfect
Received within the announced deadlines, very good quality material! Delighted with my purchase
Delighted to have placed an order, they listen and respond well to our wishes. Thanks to the people I was able to reach by phone.
very good
For the material and deadlines, no worries. For home delivery, the daily time frame during the week is a bit limited
Very satisfied

Package received on time and well packaged.
Very good; nothing to complain about. Keep it up
fast delivery, very well packaged, simple assembly (as indicated, you need to be 2 people) excellent trampoline, very good bounce, perfectly suitable for both children and adults: I chose this model especially to enjoy it myself. The size (model 400) is sufficient to do nice tricks. Very happy with my choice.
the order was quick, but the delivery was a bit long.
perfect
Very good product. Very friendly and competent person for the order. Delivery date respected. But assembly is very complicated!!!
Excellent service regarding the carrier
Ras
Efficiency, friendliness, speed. Contacts with all the staff at France trampoline are always pleasant, quick, and satisfying. The delivered material is of good quality, solid, and well adapted.
I particularly appreciated the correction made on the order of spare parts placed 1 year after ordering a trampoline. Indeed, I had made a mistake by ordering for a different type of trampoline than mine, and the review by someone from your services helped detect the error.
Good quality of the product which seems resistant, of course to be seen in use. For the assembly, it seems to me that time could be saved if the pieces were numbered. It seems quite difficult to put the protective cover without having to remove the tensioners of the net that protects from falling. French product that we selected to be satisfied with the after-sales service and the listening of the interlocutors.
Quickly ordered, quickly arrived by a friendly and helpful truck driver. Easier to install than feared.
Nothing to report
No problem
Product quality and shipping speed
Package received very quickly!!
Following my order for spare parts online, I was called back to confirm the requested merchandise because, although an old customer, I was no longer in the customer file (eternal problems of data transfer). I found this action very professional which can avoid inconveniences following the delivery of non-conforming materials.
perfect
Impeccable service and product quality.
Great service, speed of service I recommend France trampoline and a great telephone reception.
Very good service. Easy access collection point.
Following an online inquiry, a salesperson contacted me by phone to validate the product references (replacement on existing trampoline). The 2 ordered products (net + trampoline surround) adapted without any problem. I appreciated the advice and service.
Article conforms, careful packaging, deadline respected.
Very reassured by the advisor's call to validate the size of the tarp in relation to the ordered trampoline.
Perfect delivery, perfect customer service following a damaged part, however there was a delivery issue for customer service, the part arrived at a relay point and I was not notified... Didn't understand...
Very good telephone reception and perfect orientation.
Very good quality product. I recommend.
Order processed and delivered on time. The material corresponds perfectly to the order. I had to contact a representative at F. Trampoline for information and he was available and efficient. I am very satisfied with the service. I had already ordered a spare part for my trampoline and was satisfied, which is why I recommended on the site again this time.
Clear and user-friendly website allowing for good choices. Easy to place an order. Short delivery time, except that the carrier does not notify 1 hour before delivery as they commit to do! Easy assembly. Material apparently of good quality, to be confirmed over time.
