Perfect, quality product, delivery with appointment very professional. Assembly requires patience but the result is very satisfying.
Good and fast, thank you.
Delighted!!!!! The package arrived very quickly, it was very well packaged on a pallet and wrapped. The boxes were intact upon unpacking. Nothing was missing, and the assembly was done in less than an hour with 3 adults. The instructions are clear and the trampoline is very well designed. THANK YOU!
Announced deadline respected
Very good
Quality product. No regrets.
Trampoline structure very difficult to assemble but very happy with the final result.
Fast and accurate order.
Very high quality product. Fast delivery. Perfect!
Great!
2 elements of the trampoline did not fit together. Fortunately, customer service was reactive and sent 2 replacement parts that fitted very well.
Fast delivery, net and ladder of very good quality and easy to install.
Very good quality trampoline, delivery without issue on the day and at the time previously agreed by phone. Thank you.
Very fast delivery. Serious seller.
Good information on the site. Material visibly of good quality and well-designed assembly: solidity and safety. High-performance jumping surface.
Cover arrived with a cutter cut inside and arc just the right size for our trampoline.
Order received in 48 hours, so super fast for an internet order.
Nothing to say, everything was perfect from the order to the delivery.
Product conforms to the description, very fast delivery, I recommend!
Nothing to report.
Very good.
conforms in every way to the order, fast delivery and on time
Reactive, good advice and available by phone.
Very good service: a phone follow-up to ensure that the ordered item is the right one. Precise indications: thank you!
Item conforms to my expectations. Jumping mat adaptable to my trampoline. Only regret when changing the jumping mat is that the springs also need to be replaced.
A real listening regarding my project to provide advice as accurately as possible in terms of safety and aesthetics. Support and great availability at all stages.
Very good customer contact.
Nothing to report.
The fiber strands are thinner than the original ones and surprised not to find the elastic, normal?
Excellent service. We received a call from France Trampoline to verify our order, really great!
Nothing to say, always quality products.
Excellent products, delivery time respected with perfect packaging, nothing to complain about
Very nice trampoline and of very good quality, we recommend without hesitation
Excellent in every way
Good follow-up and good support to find spare parts after several years. Material still of quality. Fast order and conforms to my expectations
satisfied
I ordered fiberglass rods, one of which arrived broken, only to realize once the new protective net was unpacked that there was no way to slide the fiberglass rods on the upper part of the frame as was the case with our previous net.
I give you the maximum stars, despite a small communication problem. Having bought a mat from you recently, I thought I had the springs with it but to no avail.. the error is human and in exchange the mat is of superior quality! I love what you offer and will recommend it to all the acrobats or anyone I might know! I hope your company will rise in rank and will offer us trampolines of the future haha! And I will be the first to contact you! Best regards, ***
Very good quality of the material but the assembly instructions and delivery could be improved. Moreover, the website does not highlight the outer dimensions of the trampolines.
Trustworthy site. Competent person who took the time to call me to confirm the order to avoid a mistake on the size of the mat. The delivery was fast and careful
Net much easier to install than it was a few years ago
Order without issues and fast shipping.
Fast and serious! Thank you
the purchased product fits perfectly to our trampoline even though it is not of the same brand
Fast delivery
I am very satisfied with the choice on the site, the explanations (very important measurements to avoid mistakes) and the delivery
Top quality material and especially made in France. We are totally satisfied.
