Hello, very satisfied with my purchase, order placed by phone with a very friendly person, order received faster than expected, assembly extremely easy, thanks to France Trampoline from me and my little girl who kept repeating all day how lucky she was to have a trampoline like this for her birthday. P.S.: just plan a real flat key to tighten the bolts of the net feet.
Very satisfied and confident
Fast service, friendly staff on the phone, thank you for your efficiency

Hello, very satisfied with my order. Package well packaged and very pleasant delivery person. Thank you. I haven't tested the trampoline yet as it will be a gift on 21/02.
Delivery within the correct timeframe. Impeccable product.
Quality trampoline. Fast shipping and delivery.
Order received very quickly and in very good condition and exactly as I expected, I am totally satisfied with my order. I did not give 4 stars because the only problem is that we cannot know when the product will be delivered when ordering, which was quite annoying for me as it was for a birthday
good advice assistant attentive
No problem, and that's what I like.
Very serious site. Order delivered very quickly. Do not regret my purchase.

Very satisfied with the product, but the delivered stirrups were not the right ones... Correct stirrups delivered three days later. Responsive customer service!!!
Nothing to say, just good

Not easy to assemble ...
Fast processing and delivery of the order. Impeccable.
ok, as expected
Second order with France Trampoline, still very satisfied, very good quality of products, fast delivery.
Very good on the site. Minor inconveniences with the carrier: - appointment by phone where we indicated that a small truck was needed to access the house. - on the day: no delivery. New call: no appointment was actually scheduled!!! So a new appointment was made. - on the delivery day: call from the delivery person asking where he should go. We indicated that he would not be coming. We had to go ourselves to another location. Delivery made from the truck to the car. ... Not great service from the carrier.
Hello, We have noted your issues with the delivery service provider. We are immediately reporting this incident to them so they can take corrective actions internally. We apologize for this malfunction, which we unfortunately have little control over. We remain at your disposal for any further information, The France Trampoline Team
Fast delivery and within the indicated time slots.
Order and delivery service excellent. Nothing abnormal to report.
Initially impossible to order online. Good responsiveness by phone. Careful and fast shipping. Regarding the trampoline itself, good quality. However, very difficult to assemble as it requires strength. Easier with two people. Difficulty installing the surrounding net, had to cut the string. Too bad the instructions are in English!!! Satisfied with the purchase.
no problem (delay and tracking)

very good product
Very fast delivery. Simple and well-explained assembly, we are happy with our purchase. The materials seem to be of very good quality. Tested by adults, we are reassured by its sturdiness. To see over time!
No issues with the order. It was placed on time and the material was delivered in perfect condition.
