Good
very good
Product that meets our expectations, delivered on time. A small downside, the pallet arrived with damaged packaging, especially the largest box which required checking all the parts in front of the carrier.
Delivered on time. Problem contacting the carrier directly. Good product - Assembling the posts to the trampoline structure would have been easier if the U fasteners were a bit longer. Very good result once assembled.
Perfect product, fast delivery, simple assembly. The only downside is that the delivery person gave me a delivery slot for the entire morning and not for a specific time...
The products I ordered were not compatible with my trampoline; it was the staff of France Trampoline who checked the compatibility of the product originally purchased in 2014 with the items ordered. Following your phone call, we modified it. Thank you for your professionalism.
Product compliant, deadlines respected. Good purchase
Very good provider. We needed advice and it was done with total simplicity.
The material is perfect, everything is great, thank you.
Everything went as planned and with a big surprise because the delivery indicated for early March arrived in October!
serious service
Quick order, manufacturing and delivery times respected. Nice result. Instruction manual provided by email very effective, quick installation.
My contact person was available, pleasant, and extremely efficient; I thank him.
Manufacturing defect of the cushion... Immediate customer service on the product. Never disappointed with France Trampoline. Thank you to the whole team 👏👏👏👏
quick and meets expectations
Very good experience from start to finish. Delivery within a few days, on time, and relatively easy assembly except for the two crossbars to assemble. But nothing dramatic. Large rectangular model. The children are delighted.
Good
Very good product but not easy to assemble (2 days of assembly).
Nothing to say about the trampoline, easy assembly and it seems solid. However, the protective cover is poorly adapted; too large.
Effectiveness
The product is compliant
GOOD BUSINESS CONTACT
Very good service.
The online service is perfect. However, when you call, there is a feeling of disturbing.... it's a shame.... It's important to be able to talk about your project.
very good product and service
Very good product, up to our expectations
Excellent responsiveness, good advice, delivery in less than 48 hours and above all great material
Good quality product, we are happy and the service was very satisfactory.
Very serious. Package delivered on time.
Speed of reaction
Great service, thank you for your speed and availability!
Satisfied
Trampoline as per the order very good material
Perfect service quality advice
Very good
Internet order completed easily. Delivery service very professional, online tracking available and phone call before delivery as announced. The product itself seems to be of good quality, to be seen in the long term (1 month of use). Two adults are necessary for assembly (physical strength is needed to position the last springs) and the provided documentation is not perfect (instructions in German in the middle of French) but does not prevent achieving a good result at the end of the process.
Very good commercial service. The fact that they detected there was an error in my order is very appreciated (two items that were not suitable for the same trampoline). Moreover, the delivery was fast.
ras
Good service No issues.
Product quite expensive but the quality is there! However, assembly is quite complicated and long compared to the one assembled previously.
Fast delivery good quality of the product
Quality material. Delivery as per the order and within the announced deadlines.
Fast and good product!
Very good, good information by phone, this is the second trampoline I buy from you!
very professional and reliable
Quality product delivered quickly (well-packaged product) Easy assembly, happy children... Highly recommended.
perfect in every way!
Good quality net

No issues. This is my second order on this site, and once again, everything is perfect ...
